They shampoo and washed my seats and decided to vacuum the inside of my car free of charge, my car was looking brand new and smelling clean. Great customer service also.

Do not go to this place. I went on Wednesday to get my car detailed. I had a couple of pieces of jewelry in it and they stole some of it. My car was not detailed to my satisfaction and I expressed that but they did not care. I went back to show them the streaks and water spots that were on my car the next day and Bo, the manager stated that they would fix it but I would have to pay again. He refused to accommodate or fix anything so I had to go some where else. Not only did they not do what I paid for, they also stole my property. Proceed with caution with this place. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Not happy at ALL! First time and probably my last. Felt like because I was a woman I wouldn't notice or say any not sure but they got the right one! Bought my car Monday Honda Accord a car I've always wanted! so as soon as I go I i ordered everything for it from Seat Cover, Floor Mats, Steering Wheel Cover, tire air screw thingys lol. ALL HONDA BRAND! Why I leave my car here at 9:30am PIAD $130, walked home ( I work nights so I went home to sleep) was there at 3pm and i noticed I left my wallet with cash in it to tip the man that " Detailed" my car! So I get in my car drive home and noticed 1) my seats still wet, which was understandable, but my jeans were not only wet they were DIRTY!!! Yellow and brown stains had to go home to change before work SMFH! 2) Used car, I don't have small kids why my back window still have little fingers prints and look around all windows not clean still have water marks and drip dried water lines3) my brad new HONDA Floor mats were not in the car. So I go back to tip and get my mats he tells me they in the trunk when he quickly tries to put them in my car ! I notice they these cheap and $10 mats from dollar general. Now I'm pissed because y'all think I'm stupid after 30 minutes still no mats, owner man tells me they "accidentally " put them in another Honda and they trying to call him but no answer Ill be there at 9am again tomorrow for my mats or my money4) got to work early so I stop at Walmart and got some wipes for the car because I smoke and I just paid $130 to have my car "detailed" right??? why do I get a wipe and wipe my door panel and it's BLACK the panels next to the shift gear BLACK!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Its a decent place if they can fit you in. They do not have a very streamlined process and its pretty much expected for you to drop your vehicle off. I also got turned away 2 out of the 4 times I went there because they could not fit me in that day.Its not quite what I am looking for with the slow turn around time and kind of unprofessional management style but they did an excellent job cleaning my truck at an acceptable price point. If you manage your expectations I feel like you could have a great experience here.Services: Wheel washing

I'm new to the area and my car was in desperate need of thorough detailing before my wedding (gotta pick up guests flying in from out of town- I couldn't have it looking a mess!). After calling around, I decided to bring my car in to Mid-town Auto Detailing. Pulled in and sat and chatted with the kindest, most friendly and personable gentlemen there at the shop. Everyone was super friendly and it was just such a great experience. Cannot recommend these guys more, they are awesome, some of the coolest people you'll talk to, and I was sooo happy with my beautiful clean car. Thanks Rennick and thanks guys! 15/10 recommend :)

Took one of our car this morning for detail and wax and the car looked amazing! The black spots on the car were removed left the car so shiny. Customer service was great and the prices were affordable. And we are a very satisfied customer today. We will return for sure.
