Cant remember the ladies' name but she helped me without hesitation and a bunch of silly questions. I explained what I needed, she called the customer support and within 5 minutes I was good to go.

I couldn't wait any longer to share my experience with Deanna and Michelle at your W.S. Young location. I came in town to help my Mom with her phone replacement. From the minute we walked in this location, these two employees provided impeccable customer service. They should be applauded and recognized.

This establishment appears to be deceptive. When my family members visited from overseas, they needed a temporary plan for directions and emergency calls during their travels. We purchased a pay-as-you-go plan for $60, inclusive of activation. The attendant inserted the SIM card, and upon returning home, we discovered that the plan was not functional. Upon revisiting the store the next day, a different staff member informed us that the phone was incompatible with the SIM card, information that was not disclosed by the initial attendant. Inquiring about the initial attendant, we were informed that he was merely a visitor from the Austin store. Unfortunately, we were told that there was nothing they could do, and a refund was not possible. Please be careful the people working there and not Honest there they have a 3.5 star rating.

Do not go to this Metro me and my husband went there to buy a phone they had nothing in stock and the phone that we were going to buy which seem to be a refurbished phone they did not want to sell me because of one reason or another and when they said they had no phones available for our upgrade they said well you should be happy that you are not getting this phone. The whole reason to go into there was to get a phone it was three young ladies horrible customer service

Cassidy and misty were the best workers ever me and my friend came in and needed help they helped us gave us options and were very generous and made the place feel alive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend going to this place to get phones

Service Has Gotten Real Bad Lately. Gave Us A FREE Line. When It Wasn't Used They Charged Me For, 1 Not Using It. 2Turn My Service Off. 3 Made Me Pay $10. If It Was Free Why Pay For It. This Tells Me Nothing Is Free, If You Have To Pay For It.

Came in today with a recurring problem. This was actually the 3rd metro because no one else could help me. I didn't get the mangers name but he took extra steps to make sure everything was fixed and explained what happened and how to prevent it. I know I came in irritated but he kept it positive and I will now only come to this location.

The manager that worked during the day on April 26, 2021 was disrespectful towards customers and incompetent at her job. She should look for a job much more suited for her skill set, I'm not sure what that is, but working there definitely isn't it. Do better...

Four months ago I had my assistant locate me a phone quickly because I'd lost my phone. I've had problems with t phone since I've bought it. Constantly having to call support for Network resets. Today I Met the most prejudiced Metropcs Store Manager. She looked for anyway to deny me access to a better phone, even after she agreed it was an internal issue. I wouldn't recommend anyone visit the store here. On top of that I learned that they sold me a refurbished phone 4 moNths ago and did not inform me.
