Brandon and his team went above and beyond with fixing my car fighting tooth and nail with the warranty company to get me everything I needed without having to pay for something out of power to fix even when I was ready to call it quits and go looking for a new vehicle they fought for me got my car up and running and all I needed to do was pay the deductible they kept me in the loop on the progress and other issues that arose they are top notch at what they do and how they treat their customers

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you !
I had recently went to another mechanic shop with issues and concerns about my car shaking while i was driving. I left unsatisfied and upset that the issues wasn’t addressed and they did something completely different. This left me to having to find another trusted mechanic. I was referred to Kris at McLeod. I was able to drop off my car for a diagnostics and explain the problem to Brandon and Kris and felt comfortable right away.
The best part is with a diagnostic from them do a video of who your mechanic is going to be along with what issues you’re car is having . They point out all issues that need to be addressed, and explain what’s wrong . This is by far the coolest most trusting way to show what needs to be done with your vehicle. I was impressed and very pleased with the time they took to look over my car thoroughly and now my car is running better than before. Also while being there we bought my daughter a new car since she recently lost hers due to natural disaster in our area. Rylund was very helpful and assisted with making that process quick. I hands down would recommend them for any service issues or purchase of a new clean vehicle any day. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but not here all of the employees here are amazing and you know your getting. Thanks guys for all your help !

I want to thank McLeod Auto Service department for their expertise and thoroughly examining my vehicle and giving me a proper diagnosis. I love the fact that the machinic makes a video to show and explain the process of the vehicles condition. They send the video to you as well so it can be saved for your own personal records.
Brandon Hill was absolutely amazing when me and my husband came in to pick up our vehicle. We had questions regarding the concerns they seen with the car and Brandon took the time to sit with us and go over the video together and explained everything to helped us understand better. The customer service experience with Brandon was excellent and we thank you!!

Fast and great maintenance and customer service! Brandon was a real help getting my vehicle back to performing like it should. Make sure you have the warranty they offer, it saved me a good amount of money in the long run! Crime to pay more than a dime!!
