Took a watch there that every other jeweler I went to said couldnt be fixed. Not only was it fixed by Luxia, the customer service was outstanding and very reasonable price for service. Highly recommend. Not to mention how classy the store is on the inside.

I recently wanted to buy a necklace as a gift while I was in Killeen and after doing my research to find the right jeweler, I came across Luxia. I then went to the shop myself to see the piece I wanted, and when I walked in I was greeted by the staff & and they were able to answer every question that I had regarding what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many different styles and metals of jewelry that were in display but eventually we decided on a gold filled necklace that came with a letter of authenticity and beautiful box where the necklace was stored. Luxia is now definitely the only place I will be getting my jewelry from when I’m in the area.

Had a very great experience in this jewelry store. The store itself is very nice and clean, and the associate Abdullah was extremely kind. He offered me a beverage and gave me great Customer service! Definitely will be recommending to family and friends.

The gentlemen took extremely good care of my watches. I dropped off nine Invicta watches to them in a Invicta suitcase. Let them take their time with them for battery replacement. When I came to pick them up • all watches were set the the correct time and even replaced a hard to find watch band. They will always have my business !!!

Came in to Luxia with my ring to find a good band to go with it. The gentleman was quick to help me find the right match! Explained the difference in all of them and showed me. The prices were all so reasonable! beautiful store setup as well easy to see everything clearly and brightly lit up.
