We always shop here, and typically everyone is always nice and helpful until today, one employee DIDN'T meet that high standard of quality customer service, I feel that woman employee needs to get more training and learn better customer service skills and learn how to treat customers with respect and not insult,patronize or mock them.

I ordered a grill online. Was notified ready for pick-up on Sunday 6/16. Arrived to found only that grill has been assembled like I selected for it to be online but it was grill they had sitting out for who knows how long rusted and all, so the women was polite enough to tell me she didn't want to sell me that grill in that condition and she could cancel the order not even offering the option to exchange or check with another store. When I asked of I could just exchange for smaller grill she said that is not an option because I ordered it online. Fast forward to today temple location same thing happened grill they have available is rusted as well but this lady here was very helpful and let me know Killeen location lied. She could have transferred to another store or swapped the grill which temple location did for me .

Just got off the phone with customer service for the second time on the same call. Just trying to get someone on the phone here is a hassle. For a company that promotes customer service, theres never anyone at the maybe 10 registers available. Plenty of people and no one knows the department. If you know exactly what your looking for, not a bad place. If you need assistance, prepare to wait awhile.

Was offered help MANY times. Self checkout lady was kind and took care of me being complicated (sorry!) without getting rude. Got all questions answered, and they had a nice clearance area! I had people help me who weren't even in their own area, and still tried or got the right person immediately. Better service than any Lowe's I've been in. I'm always ignored and you can't find anyone to help with anything! Pleasant change of pace!
