Very disappointed… I was supposed to get my hair done at 2:00pm my hair dresser was doing someone else hair, doing her hair was dying. Very disappointed will not come back.

I have a school mate Latoya that works here so I went in to get a deep shampoo and conditioning and a trim. She did such a great job, She washed me scrubbed me and didn't even leave me under the dryer too long? Scheduled an appointment early in the week for Saturday at 830am. Was sent confirmation emails and reminders. Showed up, rang door bell, and called the number for 20 minutes. No one answered. Very unprofessional service. I will not be attempting to reschedule.
