Place is a scam for state inspections. Do not get of your vehicle and wait in the lobby during the inspection.

I was alone, contemplating getting an oil change. Immediately a random man takes a photo of my license front plate, asks for my personal information, once I heard a $70-80 job for a NISSAN I asked for the car in front of me to be moved, but not before asking for my personal info back. The tan dark haired man took down my info and I asked him if he’d disposed of it. I requested for him to retrieve it, with an exasperated attitude he told me it was trashed. The older Caucasian man told me the quote with such a cavalier tone I knew they weren’t worthy of $80 essentially for a less than decade year old vehicle. In conclusion, customer service who?? I left and would advise you to never waste your time here and save yourself the energy and MONEY is best invested elsewhere like Take 5 for example. Or the other kwik kar in the opposite direction. If I could put zero stars even negative stars I would expeditiously.

Excellent, very warm welcome regardless of your ethnicity or skin color. I’ve had some experience in the past but I can tell you that this scooters oil & Lube is exceptional when it comes to customer service and being fast. A good example of serving the community and true patriots. This is what I call being a real American.

Went here for an oil change now I have an oil leak coming from my drain plug area.... Pretty sure they forgot the drain plug crush washer...

These people are jerks don't go here. They wouldn't pass my vehicle for a state inspection yet it passed their last time. What wrong with tint? It's not going to matter next year. Never going here for anything.

Best place for oil change in Killeen. Long time customer with absolutely no complaints ever. They will often tell you other things wrong with your vehicle if it presents itself while in service. They are honest......its up to you to listen or not....head their notifications if you get one. Your car is a big investment. They may save you a large maintenance bill in the future by telling you mi or or major faults they find.

Extremely overpriced. They charged $100 for an oil change and to check other fluid. Go anywhere else and they'll do the oil change and top off your other fluid for half the price.

The staff there Is awesome everyone there is so friendly. Less expensive than most places.Also I was able to get auto glass repair work done and everyone was amazing. Ask for Kevin if you're looking for auto glass work

I needed a safety inspection and although they appeared busy I pulled right into an empty slot and my inspection was completed within 20 minutes. Thank you for being so quick.
