Wish I lived in Killeen Tx , the shop was amazing, I loved my hair.the ladies there was really kind she braided my hair so Quick and Neat! I will definitely go to them when I'm in Texas!

Very upset with the customer service. I started my locs here in 2019. The service wasn’t the best but what I could find in Killeen at the time. I was stood up before but someone came within 10 mins to do my hair. I always make an appointment that’s just how I am and I don’t like to wait. Well it’s been a while since I got my hair done and I called the only place I knew which is this place. I called and schedule an appointment 3 days in advance just be told the day of my appointment they forgot I had an appointment and the stylist was cooking dinner and if I could wait 30 mins to an hour. This was very unprofessional because I asked was she sure if I could come at 530pm because she said yes very fast. Luckily I was able to find Neko on Elms and she did my hair the next day at 5am before I left for my trip. Thanks for messing up this appointment gave me the opportunity to find a true Loctician in Killeen which been very hard for me..
