This is the only store I'll shop at when it comes to jewelry. All the employees there are always nice and courteous. I am especially grateful to Ms. Katarzyna. She goes out of her way to make sure you're happy with your selection. She had so much patience in helping me select an engagement ring, wedding band, and an enhancer for my fiance. A few months later, my wife, now, visited Ms. Katarzyna at the store to personally thank her for helping me select her rings.

Lorena the store manager was the most amazing person. I have never had an experience in a jewelry store like this!! She deserves 10 stars. Her loving personality speaks volumes God bless her! I will be referring all my family and friends to her. Thank you Amanda and Brian?

My wife handed her ring over to Kay's on November 17th, hoping to have her wedding band soldered onto the engagement ring. They assured us it would take a mere 10-12 days. However, when she called on the 12th day, they informed her they had managed to solder it on upside down. Frustration doesn't even cover it, especially for newlyweds like us. They promised an expedited process, claiming 3-5 days and assured a timely update. Another agonizing 12 days passed, only to be met with more uncertainty. When she inquired, they said the ring was 'still in the warehouse.' Almost a month later, no ring as promised. I called today, questioning how it takes 10-12 days to solder a band and miraculously only 3-5 days to redo it? It defies logic. No reassurance or valid reason provided by the lady on the phone. I won't be returning for any upgrades – local jewelers sound far more appealing after this ordeal.

Went to get a watch battery replaced for a watch I preciously purchased at Kays. We were told it was going to be 79.95 and take 3 weeks for it to return. I ended up going somewhere else.

It’s so sad that Michelle is leaving Texas. My family and I truly enjoyed shopping with her and followed her from the Temple store. She will truly be missed and enjoyed how personable she is and was honest in her opinions. Best of luck Michelle! Wherever you go will be lucky to have you!

We have been waiting around for at least 20 minutes now and only one person has acknowledged our presence. We came in to simply get her ring cleaned. Two agents are busy with with a couple separately. It's not good business to separate couples that came here together between two agents. Just saying.

Edit after Response: Nah. You had your chance. If you really do care, then all I can tell you is, too bad?♂️They won’t fix or replace a broken ring I purchased from them less than 6 months ago. I got my fiancés ring from Zales and will be going there for my replacement. Absolute scumbag business.

Ty from Kay Jewelers is one of the best employees to have as a helper and an adviser. She helped us pick out the best ring for my wife of 18 years. She not only assisted with the ring but also with my wife's future ring enhancer. Ty was very knowledgeable of each type of diamond and able to help me differentiate between styles, tradition and type of gold. She also gave my son and I a mini class on the weight and value of gold. We appreciated her help and look forward to her helping us in the near future.

I went to KAY in Killeen mall to find a mother day gift for my wife and the staff was very kind and helpful. A member by the name TY was so polite and professional in helping me find what I wanted.

Mrs.Ty helped us in the Killeen mall taking her time to show us each piece we were interested in and then showing us jewelry that are similar that might catch our eye. Very thorough and patient. Every time we come back we ask for her specifically.

This store would have gotten 5 stars from me, when I first walked in NO ONE acknowledged me, I sat in a chair for 5 mins without anyone coming to see about me. 2 ladies were just standing around taking, once I made eye contact with a woman ( little heavyset) came towards me asking what she could help me with? I said I am just looking pointing to a few rings that I wanted to look at. she WALKED off from me to hold a conversation with another customer presenting him with a tablet saying he should leave him a good review, while I was STILL standing there. I walked off to where my Fiancé was talking to KAT!! Who is a God sent she is so sweet. After I talked to him I went back in to see if they would acknowledge me again NOTHING, I didn’t even get a hi welcome to Kay’s. I was completely over looked. My fiancé and KAT , came back in she asked me how I was doing I said not great I haven’t been helped, no one had came to see about me. She said okay I’ll help you after I get done with this customer, I told her no thank you I am done. KAT at least asked how I was doing, she was willing to help me after she finished with my fiancé. The rest of the Kay’s employees need a training in customer service!! KAT you get 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book! You are the only reason we will be back to do business with Kay’s.
