If I could give this place zero stars I would! My boyfriend and I stopped by this place on our way home last night. He needed change for the bus and we figured we could exchange a couple of dollars for a few quarters in one of their change machines. The attendant that was working there was EXTREMELY rude and said that if we didn't have laundry to wash then we couldn't get quarters which I think was an excuse to run us off of her property. I should point out that my boyfriend is a VETERAN and was wearing his field jacket. She took one look at us and thought we were probably homeless people who were there to cause trouble which we weren't! Plus, I wanted to see what the prices were for using the washers and dryers because we live nearby and figured we could throw them a little business. Plus, she was discriminating against us for "other" reasons but I think I'll leave that up to you fine readers. Fortunately, my boyfriend was able to get quarters from the laundromat across the way from us. Didn't have any problems there. When you disrespect a VETERAN in a town like Killeen, you're just asking for trouble. There's a LOT of people here who are retired veterans. Maybe next time try not to judge someone based on their appearance. We're going through some difficult times and we don't need your rude, toxic behavior to add to it!

They keep it nice and clean. Last trip a guy was outside sweeping trash up. Never had a dryer not working because they are always working when we show up

This lady thinks she's black....always doing way too much. It's been this way for years .....stores over crowed. Every time I go, which is like once a year, I just shake my head.

I like it because there wasn't a lot of other folks there when I went. The washers and dryers are not new but work. The dryers are really good. Not the huge ones on far left. Only a few of them work good. But the first few to the right of them work really good.They keep it very clean. The location is questionable. I went early on a Sunday morning and church services were going on near by. So you could throw in your wash, take five minutes out to throw them in dryer, and catch the rest of the service before it would be time to fold.Two birdsOne stone.Awesome!

That's was my favorite place until when our clothes didn't spin all the way the washer wasn't working properly and we did not get our money back because the laundry mat attendant didn't have any money there then dryer didn't dry out clothes and once again the attendant didn't have any money to return to us and it's not as clean as it use to be it starting to smell like dirt and mildew now in changing laundry mats where it smells clean and the attendant is always cleaning

Good experience, lady that works there was nice plus they have diet coke in their vending. My favorite place in the area to do laundry.
