Overall, this was by far the worst experience. The shop is falsely advertising. The braids I received are not symmetrical: the part pattern, or size; they are twice the size they should be. Additionally, their prices change per person. Very inconsistent. While getting my hair braided, two people left and came back with complaints about their hair. Between lying about executing a style from their portfolio, changing the price, I will never come back or recommend this place. They receive one star because she forgot the original price she quoted, and I was visibly upset. Consider your options before going to this establishment.

Went and her daughter did my braid down for wig, she did better than most adults! Super professional and sweet!

Very pleasant owner and staff. Joy braided my hair and asked several times "are you ok? is it too tight...?" I've visited several braid shops.This shop is by far the best that I've experienced. Also, my hair wasn't braided painfully too tight as I've experienced at other shops.

Joy is a great braiding shop I have my own personal braider, she is the best always have my hair on point ??? and my kids come with me and the other ladies go just as hard NO COMPLAINTS!!!!!

I’m very very picky with hair salons I think these days they charge too much but this hair salon is one the best I’ve been to in a long time. The price is cheap compared to other salons and the quality is great. The ladies here do not play they work hard and they work fast. They are very professional and kind and they are very understanding about military regulations.

Be aware of traction alopecia. Braids were so tight, I lost my edges.

I took my grandaughter in to get her hair done. From the time I called Ms Joy to get pricing and availability, she was so kind. We scheduled a time, my grandaughter loves her hair and that makes me happy. I would use her again most definitely.
