Do not buy from here. No social distancing or wearing masks the correct way is enforced. They will have a price on the shoe and when it rings up it's a higher price and they won't honor it just immoral and illegal! If you place an order they will cancel it without any communication, not even an email and good luck if you ever see your refund. Lack of customer service and no help whatsoever.

It's a mall. It has the usual things you'd expect except a lot of places are closed due to Covid. When you're visiting the food court be ready for an unpleasant young man at the Asian buffet, he's super rude and impatient, unfortunately I think he may be an owner so he'll be there for a while.

Mall is ok. Relatively clean. Just not a very safe place. If you're a woman watch out. Make sure you walk out with a group of people. The local cult around here will harass you in the parking lot and follow you to your car trying to get you to join their "church". Killeen has a pretty bad human trafficking problem and the mall seems to be a hotspot for traffickers to bother you. Now while all of these is not the fault of the mall, I just want to warn others. The mall could definitely up their security, at least on the outside. Always keep your eyes open if you're walking to your car alone. Stay safe.

The mall needs to be renovated. It doesn't have a good updated variety of stores to choose from. I would say for the most part it is clean in the mall.

Got the cutest shoes here for my toddler. Unfortunately, they hurt her feet the first time out. I went to the store on a Tuesday afternoon and was met with some of the worst customer service. Without looking at the shoe to see if there was an issue, I was told that she would not do anything and that I could buy another pair of shoes. What for? If I ever go to this store, it will be to try on the shoe to order them online.

When I lived in Killeen, this was my favorite hangout in middle and high school (2000-2006). It was a walk from my house, and my friends and myself would go hang out here during the summer and weekends. I remember spending hours in the Tilt Arcade and buying my video games from Game Stop. I only wish that while I was there they had more stores and changed their look because it still has that feel from the 90's.

Oh killeen mall I both love and hate you. I hate that you have terrible stores but I also love that you have terrible stores. I went there for the first time in 12 years and I swear all the clothes were the same ...totally unreal! Like it doesn't even have a Starbucks....for real! It's a place to shop and little more.

If I could give them a negative star I would. How unprofessional this place is and how they conduct customer service is outrageously horrible. I have had many experiences here and I have to say last week was by far the worst experience I had ever had. I was at a kiosk talking to a model with an agency and how they were being treated was harassment and I would have to say sexual harassment by the own malls security. They were being told to bend over to prove that what they were wearing was provocative. These are underage girls. I was extremely appalled and uncomfortable. I felt for the girl that the security brought to tears. This little girl was just trying to do her job while dressed appropriately. The security was dropping stuff on the floor and then telling her to bend over. I understand there are certain policies that the staff have to abide by but she was way over the line. Not only did she make her bend over once but three times to prove a point that she couldn't prove. She then said that she was only trying to protect the girls from the soldiers that come in because we are right next to an army base. She said that these guys will take what they are wearing and think it's ok to do what they want. As a security guard it's your job to protect these women and other employees from this kind of activity not make it seem like it's your fault for wearing a dress. I didn't get the security guard name I wish I did. She was talking to people around the kiosk asking if they knew one of the girl, I'm positive it was the manager or team leader. She was asking what her name was what her age was and what kind of relationship they had with her. She was also asking personal questions on if she was married and if they were involved in any way. I don't see how that was relevant to what the main issue was for her approaching these girls which was their dress code. The security was then told by another customer who just happened to be a police office that that was wrong and unprofessional and she ended up walking away. For a women to do that was appalling and so disgusting that I honestly will not be setting a foot in that place ever again. Good to know you guys will hire people that drives customers off. I usually don't review places like this but I couldn't not say anything. Security in places like this are supposed to provide a sense of safety and assurance and it's unfortunate that that is not the goals for this place of business.

You would figure that this mall would be a lot better as bigger since this area has grown so much. It is basically the same mall since the 90s. No wonder many people leave out of town to go shopping.

This is a small and dated mall. There really isn't that many great stores. The food court is just meh (just basic stuff, nothing special). I mean if you really have nothing going on and are in the Killeen area it is a good place to kill time. Make sure you stay clear of this place on weekend nights (waaaay to many wanna be "gangsters" in there at that time). To be honest, now I just go there for Tao Spa massages (best part of that mall, check them out).

This place is a really sad excuse for a mall but hey, what else do you expect in this area? It's a really popular place amongst teenagers because there really is nothing else to do in Killeen. That being said, expect to see teenagers trying to act hard to impress their friends throughout the mall. Their choice in stores are getting better though - I have to give them credit for that. They added an H&M a while ago and that has already proved to be a big improvement in comparison to all the stores they used to have. I feel like if they switched out the older stores that no one shops at anymore and got newer, more popular ones (such as a Forever21), this mall would have more sales as opposed to just being a place to walk around and kill time. The interior of this building has not changed since I've been visiting in 2005 which is really sad to say. Could use a huge upgrade - or even just get rid of the carpet that's in some places in the mall and stick with all tile? As much as I dislike it, I do stop here whenever I visit home because it really is the only thing to do in this area so you can't hate it forever.

Most people are surprised there is a mall in this area. Based on that expectation, this mall is pretty good. Pros Versatility. The combination of shopping options here is good. A little of the more expensive, and some bargain buyer options too. Also quite a bit of shopping for men rather than the typical mall catered specifically to women. Parking is always easy Food court is decent. Not the best I've experienced, but has some variety Workers here have been nice to me The place doesn't look too run down Sears JCPenny Dillard's and Burlington offer decent larger department store style options Love the children's play area Long story short, there would be a lot less options if this mall wasn't here Cons Obviously this place could be made over, it could have better stores and shops; but realistically, I've been to MANY areas with more people and traffic, that do not have a mall or have a much smaller mini mall. From my experience, this mall is honestly big for this area.

Absolutely had a very bad experience in the Regis salon!!! I told the lady how I wanted my sons hair and even showed her a picture she completely shaved my sons head!!! I kept saying stop what are you doing she ignored me and kept shaving!!! I finally had to remove him from the chair!! She cut him on the side of his head with the razor!!! Her attitude was horrible and as I walked away she said with a smirk "have a nice day" absolutely traumatized my son who has a disability!!! Horrible place don't ever go there!!! I wish I could give zero stars for this place
