I won a gift card several months ago and stopped in to spend it. Not knowing the store or where exactly to find something I liked and that would fit I asked for help and Torrie was so sweet and helpful! Not pushy, genuinely interested in finding something I'd be happy with. She even laughed at my silly jokes! In the end I'm happy with my purchases and would definitely go back! You have a good one in Torrie for sure!!

Just left that store the workers are rude andunwelcome not helpful at all I kept asking for help and they waving me offI ask them could they measure my daughter foot.the employee went and got the measurement equipment and handed to meLike reallyThis was first and last time at this placeThey like act they under influence of weed.Please get better employeesOr retrain them!

I just went inside to see what cartoon characters adults pay over $100 to put on. They have nice stuff I just dont like to wear what everyone else in this town gonna have on. Nothing wrong with the store or customer service Im just different.

Dont normally shop here as it is mainly a store for the younger generation and its way overpriced imo; BUT, I stopped in here looking for a specific shoe that I could not find anywhere else in killeen and low and behold they had it here. There were two of the same shoe on display and they both had two different prices. $20 difference. So i asked how much they actually were and they couldnt tell me! Finally a guy came back and said they were $150, to which I said these say $129. So after that I asked to try on my size and he brings out 1 shoe. I asked for the other one and he said they not allowed to bring them both out at the same time, nor the box!!! Im not sure that the shoes here are even authentic, but Ill never shop here again.

They are always helping, places to sit and try your new shoes, super nice environment and staff, and music that's PG and 2019. Over all I suggest you go there if you want shoes, jackets, shirts, or sweatpants.
