Last minute dress was needed. Found something cute for $9.99. Boy did they have nice jewelry to help dress it up. Great customer service. Welcoming. Great old school music. I couldn't fit most of the clothes but the jewelry I could fit 🤣 The cashier wrapped every piece with care. This was my first time in the store. I will visit again when I return for another visit. Very happy with my visit to this store.

I had the worst time there, there is this Blond thin very thin woman there, she is very Sarcastic and snobbish. She makes sure you know she shop all her clothes at Dillard's but make her mortgage payment working in Its Fashion Metro. She has run off most of the customers. It is very hard to shop when you have the manager breathing down your back. And making snobbish comments. When did the public bathroom get lock to customers. I was told the bathroom has been locked sense Covid and if that's the case why is the dressing rooms open. Don't add up. This is the It's Fashion Metro in Killeen TX on Rancier. The moral of the workers are down. The turn over rate is ridiculous. Get a manager that don't feel everyone is stealing something. And your sales might go up. I can't believe she asked me why would I shop there I told her the clothes were cheap and can throw a few outfits together in a hurry and can party in them without worrying about ruining them. She said she wouldn't be caught dead in the clothes. I was offended ? especially after she said she only shops Dillard's. Why would you have someone managing your establishment that don't wear the clothes nor can vibe with the people that shop there. ? I will not shop there again until she is not there anymore. The case of the snob need to pay her bills working in the hood but can't relate to her customers. Running them off with her only Dillard's clothing. Go work at Dillard's get out the hood.
