Communication started off a little rough. Andrea stepped in and was wonderful to work with. Communicated well and delivered on promises deadlines. Definitely recommend this place if looking for hail damage repair or body work.

If you don’t have to don’t let them work on your car. Tiffany S lied and I had to get a manger involved to get my car back. I have to go back cause they used a junkyard headlight and the led doesn’t work. They are replacing it next week hopefully.

Warning beware! We initially took our vehicle in to make sure that they could do the repairs adequately on our 23 Black Widow Silverado with 6k miles and the estimator there ensures us we were in good hands. Nope, Took over 3 months to get the PDR repairs done and after multiple calls to us over the months saying it would be ready it never was- always excuses on staff being sick, breaking their backs, etc. to why it wasn’t fixed. We even met with the owner to discuss our concerns at month 2 and no work had been completed. We finally get the call it’s ready - IT WASNT We arrive and it had to wait hours and then when it does arrive - paint runs and emblems missing etc. with tar down the sides (after new paint).and the owner refused to refund anything for our time and trouble just expected us to wait until they fixed all the issues they overlooked. Bad workmanship and customer service. We trusted this company - stay aware!

The shop rushed to have my car back to me by 5 PM on a Friday. I appreciate the rush, but what I don’t appreciate is the fact that it was missing components (my engine cover) and that my positive battery cable was loose, causing my car to not start once I got it home. of course I can fix the battery cable, but I’m just out an engine cover. Lack of care, lack of knowing where it might have gone to, are troubling.

Imagine hitting a Sonic sign a couple weeks before your husband comes home from deployment. I was panicking. Ms. Alora at International Collision had my back. The repair work was impeccable! I was highly satisfied! The staff was friendly as well. Ms. Alora was Super Nice! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt she gave me a reasonable price for my repairs compared to other quotes I received from multiple collision centers. She kept me updated with my repairs. She has a beautiful soul. The young lady I dealt with was very professional until she told me that the bolt or screw that I saw in the back passenger side tire could have come from someplace else and I understood that but I would have too been in a place that had bolts or screws like your shop!
