Very friendly and absolutely amazing , they took my wife in as a walk in when the salon down the street refused to give her service all because she has a service dog that has to be with her at all times . 10/10 recommend this place . They were very patient and understanding with us . Definitely bringing her back here from now on

I got my eye lashes done saturday 3 days later one was lifting up and the other one was irritated I called and went back the lady claimed it was fixed today which is a week later the same lash is coming off i would never go back 1/10 . Bad business

This salon is clean and professional I see Kaydi she is excellent I would follow her everywhere but all the technicians are very friendly and do a great job . I recommend this salon !

The person doing my nails just a fix for 2 broken nails left in the middle of doing them to take a smoke break. He refused to change his gloves so I asked to speak to the manager. He finally changed his gloves after his boss told him. Please don't go there unless you have too. They gave off a bad vibe.

Awful experience. Avoid this place. The male that works there was saying some rude things while getting my pedicure done. Telling me my feet are so bad, that I need to go more often. He had a stink face the whole time. My feet were not bad I had a pedicure a month ago. He did an awful job. When I asked another tech if they can please fix the cuticles. She stared at me like I was stupid. At that point I said never mind I'll just pay. When chino out I told the man that there's no need to say rude comments when performing service I'm pay for. He proceeded to tell me my feet were bad. I said I'm not sure why your being so fkn rude. Did not yell at the man and he proceeded to yell and me and say fuck you to me. I'm not sure if his language barrier. But my god I have never been treated so badly Before. I proceeded to call the bank to dispute the charges on my card. Such a terrible places and rude rude people

I came the day before my birthday on 06/09/2023 about half an hour before they closed. I asked if they still had time to do my nails and they said of course. I wanted acrylic French tips and even pointed to the nails on display. I had their nail tech named Julie working on my nails. She painted a clear coat on my nails and then was going to paint on the French tips on my natural nail. I stopped her and said that’s not what I wanted. They all got an attitude with me saying they didn’t have time to give me acrylic nails and demanded that I paid $20 for the service instead of letting me go home and coming back the next morning. They said I can come back in the morning and pay $35 more for what I wanted so I came back when they opened and they wanted to charge me $65 more and were rude so I walked out before Julie even started putting on the acrylic. Plus the work that Julie did the day before, she ended up removing all the clear coat so that was pointless paying $20 for. I will never go back to that nail salon. I do not recommend them. They treat their unhappy customers terribly and didn’t deserve a penny from me. I went to integrity nails and they exceeded my expectationsServices: Acrylic nails

Every time I come here, they do a fantastic job! Today I decided to try a different nail salon close to InStyle (I won't say names). That place completely botched my nails. The nails were crooked and uneven, and the nail polish was sloppy. I didn't want to walk around with nails I didn't like, so I went to InStyle and my nail tech named "T" reshaped and repolished, and she did an outstanding job. It was precisely how I wanted them. I highly recommend InStyle, and I will continue to come here :)

All techs need to get retrained and learn the menu. I had to let him know what came apart of my combo. He still did not do it all and left several times to attend to others. Polish was clumpy and smeared off. This was definitely a luxury combo and the worse experience I’ve ever had. Place can be so much better if the owner in vest in the quality of work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING, YOUR MINEY AND TIME WILL BE WASTED. 3 PPL came in complaining about their previous services too!Services: Manicure

This was my first time at this salon. I am typically a very specific and picky person when it comes to my nails. As soon as I sat down to get started, the tech pulled out the drill file and did not change the bit after handling another customer. The dust brush was disgustingly dirty. My middle finger is crooked. The shaping on my nails was done after the acrylic was put on and left my shape rounded and bulky near my finger tip on a coffin shape. The final outcome was not horrible but the process was mortifying.

I have made reservations for a pedicure 3 times and every time I have to wait 15 minutes or longer! Does not matter if you have a reservation or not. If it’s crowded they hurry up to get you finished.Service: Pedicures

I almost always have a good experience here.The one time I didn’t, I came with a friend and we both wanted pedicures. Although we both were seated at a foot bowl at the same time, only my friend’s feet were worked on.Mind you, it was a little busy but what drew questions as to why I had to wait so long came when someone who arrived 20 minutes after me received pedicure services before I did.By the time my direction was even looked at, my friend had her feet completed and I asked for a towel to dry my feet so we could go. They then tried to help me but the attempts came too late.I did not receive service’s that day and just left after I paid for my friend’s services.I have returned since and had good experiences afterwards.
