They no longer rent box trucks in the Killeen area. You have to go to Austin or Round Rock.

Made a reservation and got my confirmation # for a certain type of car. After I spent money to get to the place they tell me they don't have any of the type I reserved If I wanted to upgrade they can get me in something. I shouldn't have to upgrade to get a car if I already made a reservation. Caused me to miss an important meeting. Trash experience will not be recommending.

The rudest people ever. Didn’t want to assist because it was 30 minutes to closing. Said nothing was available “ which was a lie” and to go to the other Hertz at the airport.

I made a reservation for a small sedan. I needed a car to cover the gap in military deployment. I knew it was going to be a busy period so I reserved a week prior and even reconfirmed through phone call. When I arrived to pick up my car it turned out they had nothing left except for an EV vehicle that wasn't even ready... And there wouldn't be anything coming in for the next few days. So I was left with an EV vehicle in an area where there are no chargers, and where I would have to take the car to a charging point only to sit and wait... Let alone when I hand it back in and have to have the battery at at least 80% or face an extra charge... This company doesn't take their reservations or customers seriously. Even stating my disagreement and disappointment I wasn't offered anything of a compensation, and was told it would be either this or go home on foot... I need a car, prepared it from my point, but now I am stuck with the consequences or renting with this company. Never again...

I had a great experience with my hertz team from the initial pick up to the return. The ladies are very friendly and outgoing and I didn’t have any issues during any of the rental period.

The facility is supposed to open at 7:30. The door is not open at 7:30 it’s whenever the girls get there. The phones don’t get answered until after 11:30. They aren’t bad if you can actually get them to do what they need to which is answer the phone and have the door opened on time.

This location has been a great experience for me this far. I have a long term fleet rental from Hertz Killeen for work and each time I come to renew my contract they are cheerful & professional, and also provide the maintenance services as needed for the vehicle. The car is really nice and even though I’ve since moved a bit further away, I still drive an hour to renew my rental at this location because I know they really care about the quality and service they’re giving.

The staff was super helpful and friendly but the vehicle I reserved was not ready at the designated pick up time so I had to wait about 45 minutes

HAPPINESS FOR ME!!I am so happy with HERTZ!! I encountered some of the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people in the ENTERPRISES in Killeen. I will give KUDOS to Hertz for being there when I needed a rental a week ago and they are still there for me now!! I want to thank the manager Katarina, Bianca and the lovely young lady who drove me home. The service, picked me up and drove me back home. When my reservation got canceled by Enterprise off of Stan Schlueter Hertz got me in a rental car the next day.Hertz assisted me from day one and even currently NOW!! They came through for me when Enterprise let me down. I despise the foolishness, unprofessional staff and such rude behavior displayed also in management. Through all of my terrible experience with Killeen Enterprises I am so thankful to HERTZ!! None of the Hertz staff treated me poorly.I will continue rental with HERTZ!! I recommend them to be the one for those who expect a business to have good standards in servicing the customers."KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HERTZ."

1 Star is too much & Very Costly....I had a Prepaid Rental reservation which was made on 04/02/23 for pickup yesterday(04/05/23) at 5pm. We arrive at the office at 445pm & the office is closed with a sign on the door listing Temporary Store Hours 8am-4pm. So I call the 800# also posted. The person on the phone who wasn't listening to me says he can make a reservation for Austin or next day I tell him I already prepaid I want a full Refund with an email sent to me stating that I was entitled to my refund due to the location being closed. The 4 people I spoke with all said they could not send me an email. Well, 4 persons & 2 hours laterI still had NO RENTAL & NO EMAIL In my 30 years of working in the Tourism/Hospitality Industry ( American Airlines, Hilton Hotels, Cheap Tickets to name a few), I have never told a customer "I can't", or as a supervisor did nothing more than the agents that spoke with 3persons prior. Oh but he did tell me there was no telephone number/Email/Physical Address for the Hertz Corporate Offices,. No car rental, very bad headache, laryngitis from yelling because the supervisor wasn't listening & didn't do anything so why are you a supervisor & prepaid monies are in limbo. AND IT WASN'T MY FAULT. NEVER AGAIN....low & Behold today(04/05), I contacted the office that was closed yesterday for my pick up & Uriel answered & I told him that I was supposed to pick up a rental yesterday @ 5pm & my arrival time was 445pm. He claims that all customers who were picking up a rental after hours were contacted. I told him obviously not. While I was on the phone at 445pm in front of the office, my husband said 2 cars were exiting the property from the back of the building with one of the cars driven by a Black man stopped to look at me & continued to leave....I don't know about this location BUT HERTZ CORPORATE OFFICES & EXECUTIVES WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS.

Quoted me $234.00 a week for a rental then charged me $442.20 a week when i returned the rental and customer service refused to honor the quoted amount, said fine print says they can change rate to any amount they want if rental is extended. Disgusting business practice and horrid overseas customer service. They will never get my business again stay away from this company!!!!Anything you have to say can be said right here, very unprofessional to be asking someone to facebook message you.

I rented a car at this Hertz location and was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service, the car, and with my final price. A month before i had rented a car from Enterprise on Leander Rd in Georgetown and had the WORST experience of my life! They gave me a quote and then charged me for insurance at $21.99 A DAY! When i received my bill it had an unauthorized charge of $289.00 for insurance. Customer service said I would recieve a refund. They lied.I had no problems at.all with Hertz

The only con is they don’t often have vehicles but when you are able to reserve one they have overall good customer service, will use again when town.
