Wasted about 20 minutes looking for clothes. XL shirt section has tons of mediums and 3xls and everything in-between, really frustrating when EVERY shirt I find that I like is the wrong size.Well, surely their jeans are organized right—NOPE! Found two pairs of Levi's in the 40 section, one of them was a 34 and the other was a 44. Im not gonna sift through every article of clothing because y'all are too lazy to organize your store right.

Very misleading having a color of the week then pulling said color items from floor. But this is a business at the end of the day smh

This is by far the worse store. The management has no type of experience when it comes to managing a store and working as a team. They are supposed to be helping their team and not just certain individuals. I shouldn’t have to drive to another town just to feel comfortable shopping without hearing complaining employees and uncaring management. This company actually got rid of their best managers or they got fed up with the unorganized process of the job site.

Almost everytime I go there later in the day I'm being told I need to leave 10 or 5 minutes before actual closing. I understand wanting to clean up and go home on time but it makes it an uncomfortable experience. Especially when you're hearing the employees yelling at each other from the other side. One person there has made me uncomfortable with calling me love . I understand some people use it casually but not everyone is ok being called that so casually by strangers.

Was in line today to check out. The register goes down. The cashier didn't have the courtesy to ring us up at another register but instead helped other customers and let us stand there after the fact that she was unable to use register.....?

I only dropped off donation items. The guy who received it was proffessional and helpful. He asked if I required a charity receipt for my taxes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The people working in the store were very nice. Everything looked pretty good, and the store smelled fresh. There was a mishap, caused by my family, where a glass bottle was accidentally broken. I asked one lovely lady who was working there if I could have a broom to clean it up. She responded quickly and insisted on cleaning it herself. She wasn't at all rude about it, and was very understanding that sometimes accidents happen. We paid for the broken bottle (as we were the ones who broke it) and all the other Mason jars. The gentleman at the counter offered some paper towels, to help clean the little glass pieces from our hands, and hand sanitizer. All of the other glassware made it home just fine. It was a lovely shopping experience and I can't wait to shop there again.
