My unit was invested with rats all of my stuff was ruined all I was told is that I needed to file a claim with my insurance they can’t do nothing about it

Courtney was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Not only was she was courteous, kind, and personable but she was very helpful and went out her way to make our experience with Hallmark a delight. This was our first time purchasing an unit from auction. We will definitely be back.
