I have always had terrific service at HEB, everyone there has been helpful. The cashiers, the pharmacist, the deli workers, the people at the meat market , the people working as personal shoppers, even the people in the milk section - everyone has been helpful and kind when I've needed help, the only problem I've had is that it always seems to be crowded. Thank you HEB.

Far from the first time this happened but I will call to fill a prescription in the morning around 10 to 11 am and by evening it’s still not filled. What is the point of even having a phone line to call if it’s not going to be ready more than 5 hours later.

I’ve been using H‑E‑B pharmacy for a few months now. They’re always so busy but never to busy to perform extraordinary services. The pharmacist are very well educated and the technicians are fantastic.Being a senior monies are tight these days. I have to shop around for best prices. H‑E‑B are the lowest most prescriptions.H‑E‑B on TRIMMIER rd. Thank you for what you do.

Katy was the pharmacist on duty and the way she treats patients is outrageous. I spent two days trying to get my prescription filled there, going back and forth with my doctor, only to have her deny it because of “policy.” When I asked why, she said they get a lot of fraudulent prescriptions sent it. I told her my prescription absolutely wasn’t fraudulent and asked her what my doctor or I could do to remedy it. She was so non chalant, and couldn’t have cared less. Just repeating, “sorry.” I asked for a manager, when the manager answered she told me that Katy should have called me and my doctor to let me know they couldn’t fill the medication. Katy is rude, has no empathy whatsoever, and if this has been a medical emergency she probably would have let me expire before offering any help. It Katy is working, run for the hills! Horrible, horrible horrible! Never come here no matter what.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Currently sitting in this drive thru line I've been here for over 35 minutes to pick up a prescription. AFTER, calling and told it would be ready at a certain time, came 20 minutes after specified time and it still wasn't ready so this is my second time here in one day. Meanwhile, toting my very sick child around who has been waiting for his prescription all day.

I live here / work in Dallas .Currently relocating to Dallas .Doctor my work provides is in Dallas . This doctor wrote me a prescription this heb refused to fulfill it because doctor is in dfw . Like cool didn’t see that in the policy book . Just would like to have my meds gotten closer now than having to wait to refill. This is understandable but the manager lady was really condescending, rude and basically treated me as if I was doing somthing wrong or illegal for wanting y medication closer to meThat’s pretty cool lol

How is it with a pharmacy as big as this with as many as 6 people working at one time be so slow? How is it that it takes over 30 minutes to give someone a rx that’s ready to be picked up this makes no sense and is evidentially a recurring issues with this place.

The slowest pharmacy I’ve been to. On a consistent basis 30 minutes plus to pick up your already filled prescriptions.

Always busy however incredibly professional staff who go out of their way to take care of customers. Monica in particular was helpful recently transferring a prescription that wasn’t available to a pharmacy that did have it.They have been great with immunizations as well and are worth the wait.
