This HEB is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! It's been re-arranging the store for MONTHS!!! The app does not match the store layout and the freezers have been broken with only a small amount of food !! They really need a talented Adult manager to take charge and fix the mess that has been created!!!! This store is looking more and more like the Biden administration!! SNAFU...

This particular store has a Manager by the name of “Tina” that TARGETS Black People that shop there. She stopped my husband and falsely accused him of stealing only to find out he had a receipt for everything in our cart!!! She showed us a picture of a black man stealing earlier that morning from their store who was NOT my husband and stated she stopped him because he was a black man who had a lot of meat in our cart that was unbagged. We explained to her that they don’t have bags big enough to fit the ribs or brisket in and that HEB cashiers never bag them for this reason!!! Again everything was PAID for in our cart!!! And yes this woman Tina when proven wrong became Rude
& Unprofessional. Keep in mind it took us over an hour to shop, then 20 to 30 minutes to get everything refunded back to us because of how we were treated because my husband was Black. Their Cashier rang up everything!!! and we PAiD for ALL of our items and were still accused of stealing. DO NOT SHOP at this HEB store!!!

SO MANY things were wrong with this cake. What do you see? Well, at least I now know never to buy a cake from this HEB locations Bakery!!!!

Horrible job on my child graduation donut cake... requested something and the person who took my order DUMMFIED it down for the person decorating and they still messed up. My cake look takcy and nothing like the picture.. thick icing and it look like thy rushed and put it together last minute when I placed the order 2 days prior. Totally disappointed

lost around 250 dollars to the machine because it kept loading. I the n used an ATM and two days later i found out it did substract the cash from my account 4 times....
contacted the financial department. didnt help me. customer support the n told me they send it back within 7 days. we are 13 days further. also no response on my mails yet. im very mad.

For the past several years I've been using curbside service at a different location and recently switched to this location in hopes of a better experience. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with the curbside service personnel at the Trimmier location and I'm so thankful for them. The previous location I used literally had issues every single order. This location seems to be much more organized and well run. Going on a month now of consistent, courteous, and accurate orders filled here weekly.

I LOVE this H‑E‑B, but y'all HAVE to get the pharmacy techs in the drive through some help! They are awesome and work hard, but they need help during these rush hours. I have never seen it take this long. 2 lines backed up for 30 minutes. no one in the line IN the store and no one helping her. I'm sure there is a LEAN strategy to help shift workforce around during rush hours.

Management appears to not care about lines after 7pm. Every night it's the same backup. They allow someone with 50 items to get in the express line with those of us with 7 items.

Thank you!! I stopped at the Trimmier bakery and they were tapped out of the strawberry cookie cake for a birthday celebration I needed TODAY! They didn’t have it and this location had one in the freezer. LIFE SAVER! This location had the candles in stock as well. I walked away empty handed at the other location on more than one occasion.

really upset that I was told today that I cannot go through self checkout with my 82 year old dying from cancer mother because together we had 21 items. half were hers and half was mine so 3 customers in selfcheck was to busy for us to do our own check out. the girl even called the manager. wow so I asked even the elder and handicap? she said everyone. you cannot deny a customer. we didn't do anything wrong. plus we did the work all they did was tattle and run their mouths. Oh by the way there's p*** and what looks to be blood and who knows what else on bathroom doors and floors.

I feel that it’s racist that you employ oriental people to prepare the sushi and fish type foods. Why not employ other nationalities? Other than that the staff is great and have a sense of humor.
