Best place ever! The piano are really nice and as well as other instruments. Will be back near future visited on Jan 22 10:30am. They will also allow you to test the instruments as long as you don't injure their stuff.

I got a guitar I liked, but the guy working the counter lied and said he couldn't give me a military discount just so he could make more money. I also declined a warranty plan on the purchase, and he added on a 2 year plan, telling me that he would take $100 off of the purchase to cover the "$80," warranty. The charge added on was $179. I will not be purchasing any instruments with them again.

Fairly disappointed by our experience here. Employees seemed to lack an understanding of how to balance and prioritize customer service and sales. My partner and I came in have a 95% confident idea of what we wanted, and when we stated as much, the employee kept trying to convince us to buy it... for 5-7 minutes after we already said we wanted it... which nearly had the opposite effect. Credit where it's due, the product knowledge was impressive, but we'd already done a significant amount of research on our own.
Additionally, there seems to be a significant inability to manage phone inquiries while customers are in the store. First, everyone was centered around one POS area, when it appeared there were multiple POS, resulting in uncomfortable crowding while attempting to juggle these tasks. Second, of all the choices available - letting the phone ring continuously (and it really did), answering the phone and addressing the phone customer's concern while in the middle of an in-person sale, or answering the phone and asking the phone customer if they would be comfortable holding/or taking down a phone number for a call back - the employees managed to pick the only two options that resulted in a reduction in quality of service and experiences for all paying parties involved.
I overheard one employee tell a phone customer that they had been "slammed all day"; unfortunately I believe the difficulties being faced by the team were exacerbated by counterproductive decisions in handling the increased business.

Agree with previous poster. Rude employees just trying to get what they can from you not help you find the right product. Will not be returning and will encourage everyone I know to shop elsewhere.

Alondez aka Jordan is THE MOST helpful person at this location. He has always answered any of my questions with knowledgeable responses and information. He really knows his stuff on top of that he gave me his personal phone number just incase I needed any further assistance if he is not at work "yes i have called him When he was not on the clock and he was so humble and helpful in answering my questions"even when he has a day off" Whatever they are paying him, they need to double it.
