I went for the second time to get my hair cut, the same person helped me, the service is fast, but they are on the personal phone and they do the job, with little customer service, they cut off quickly and because they were listening to their bluetune call, it happened the machine and I overcooked my hair, being mutitask is not good in this personalized service. And they leave my hair very wet, I definitely won't go back.

I wanted to share an experience I had when I visited your establishment earlier today. I walked in here today because I was looking to get a haircut for my two year old son who has neurological issues and requires assistance during his haircut. I approached one of your staff members to inquire if it would be permissible for him to sit on my lap during the process.
Unfortunately, the response I received made me feel somewhat uncomfortable. The staff member immediately mentioned that it would be a safety issue and declined my request. While I understand the importance of safety protocols, I couldn't help but feel as though I was being judged or misunderstood in that moment. All I wanted was for my son to have a decent haircut, and yet I left feeling as though I shouldn't have even asked.
As a mother of a child with special needs, it can be challenging to navigate situations like these. I often feel that people fail to understand the unique circumstances we face. It can be disheartening and isolating at times. My son has been in need of a haircut for quite some time now, and it was my hope that he could finally receive one at your salon. However, I left empty-handed once again.
I wanted to share this experience with you so that, perhaps, in the future, your staff could approach similar situations with a bit more sensitivity. I believe that creating an inclusive and understanding environment is crucial, not only for me but for other parents who may find themselves in similar circumstances.
I hope that my feedback can contribute to a more empathetic experience for others.

Isabella gave my son who is almost 2 his very first haircut and I was incredibly impressed with her technique, kindness, and patience! They also gave us a first haircut card with details! Highly recommend!

I really enjoy going to Great Clips here in Killeen; the staff is superb do a great job. I have never left there with a bad haircut.

What a HORRIBLE place. If I could give less than 1 star I wouldI went in for a haircut, I had a specific style I wanted and showed a picture to the person who supposedly knew how to cut hair. I came out with my hair CHOPPED UP as if they used acweed eater, and 6 inches shorter than I wanted and uneven.I had ask for my hair to be shoulder length or a little past, my hair is now even with my ears. I literally broke down in tears. Another staff person insisted I had a "good quality " cut and that I just needed to see style options. After she "styles"my hair it looked like I was wearing a football helmet. As I was sitting there crying I was asked to move to an empty work station if I needed to sit for a while because they had clients waiting NEVER GOING AGAIN
