Most money I've ever been screwed out of in my life. The business location is called golden paint and body, but they call their business the "Candy Shop". I paid Smoke (Kim), and Kyle over $5,000, plus gave them a wiring harness to do work on a 1974 C10. A year goes by and no work has been done. Not only had no work been done, but my truck that had 4 wheels and tires now had 0, and the battery and spark plug wires were missing. So I had to pay more money out of pocket to have my 2 trucks removed from their place of business. They wouldn't even return my brand new wiring harness which was over $400. They will avoid you and waste countless hours of your time, then try and blame you for catching them in their excuses and lies. Multiple times I drove to Killeen to speak with them and they would "no show" me. If I had more means, and hadn't moved to Colorado, I would definitely have pursued civil action. I'm a 100% P&T Disabled Veteran on a fixed income I couldn't afford to do it before I had to move. They undoubtedly would never pay me any money I would be awarded through civil litigation, judging by how they dealt with the situation thus far. Avoid this business if you value your time and money. They have no integrity, and will rob you if given the opportunity.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. This place is shady. They accepted our vehicle for an insurance claim which they quoted at $5,000 for a hood and headlight. They stated they were working on it, but didn't. For three weeks. We coordinated to get the vehicle towed somewhere else, and they locked down the shop and hid inside when the tow truck arrived. It took a court order to get the car relocated and fixed.

Insurance fraud. Filed a complaint with the BBB and having to go to smalls claim court. Dont bother.

The owner, Kim McGraw, also known as Smoke and his brother Kyle took my money and never completed the job. The owner contacted me a month ago to let me know he would send me my money he owes me. He still hasn't sent it. They charge you for new parts but old used parts on vehicle. They have cracks heads working on the vehicles.
