We want to thank Mo for his advice and assistance. It is the 3rd time visiting this small business place at the Killen Mall to get service for our watches. Every time, Mo gives us his recommendation, and we have to decide to either send in the watch for service or with our permission, he tries to work on it right there. Of course, we understand we have to take chances. We think -the watch is probably trash,- which it's something we have done before, throw it away.
We take our chances and give it a try.
Mo surprises us with the news. He advices, quote, "never throw a watch away."

I brought three grillz in 9 months and all them has broken and then when I call they said my gold was worthless I paid 150 for a two piece 300 for a six piece and 400 for another 6 piece there garbage and I’m taking action on the shot I’m reporting them to the BBB cuz there cheating people out there money

I bought a 10k gold rope chain from here about a week ago and it is already tarnished and changing colors. Not sure if it is even real like the employee said. It was $250 and now I can’t even wear it.

Wanted 2 watches to be fixed, called me with estimate after having for 3 weeks, then they wouldn't fix until I came to pay for them and then it would take another 3 weeks. Didn't want them to fix so I came to pick them up. They lost the second hand to one of the watches when I came to pick up and wanted to charge me to fix. Poor customer service. Avoid if you can.

Horrible I bring a genuine stone ring for resize and they try to take the stone out and end up breaking it, when I receive the ring I told them about it and and his response was “ it happens, and not even offered to replace or pay back and still had to pay they horrible, I don't recommend anybody to go there, THEY ARE HORRIBLE
