having to have van serviced maybe 6 months into it. Was told needed new battery that in itself made no sense batteries last longer than 2 years. Then one of the items we had requested to be fixed before agreeing to buy was carpet in the back. Our salesman went out and fixed that one himself and said it was fixed. Only mo th later I was back in there having to have him fix it again. Now months later because he didn't fix it right they wanna charge me over 300 to fix it the right way. And because our salesman would not speak up on our behalf and tell management that yes that was one of the things we agreed to fix before them buying they will not agree to fix it. I spoke with the salesman and told him i was hurt because he didn't stand up for us and wasn't honest about it. He told me "IM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY"
just once I would like to deal with a dealership and service department that is honest and puts the customer 1st

We have bought a fair number of new vehicles from Nyle Maxwell CDJR Killeen. Jeremy Ryan is our go to sales person over the years and have great experiences with him going above and beyond to make sure we have gotten the vehicles we wanted, especially whenever we have ordered the vehicles rather than picking something off the lot. Even when we do go with a vehicle off the lot, Jeremy makes sure it has everything we are looking for.
