I walked into a TRUELYMAGICAL PLACE...that transcends the norm...ELEGANTZZZZ at itzz FINEST....THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS I DID GET TO SEE WAS SO BEAUTIFUL...they cater to large and small events...makes you want to get married all over again...IF YOU'RE EVER.IN NEED OF FLOWERS FOR ANY EVENT...HERES THE PLACE TO DO YOUR BUSINESS....A LONGTIME PROVIDER IN THE GREATER KILLEEN AREA...this little shop makes your loved ones home going truely special....PICTURE THAT.

Forgot to review this place. Horrible customer service. Glad we went with another florist.Edit 4/14/2021I do apologize as I'm sorry to say that I believe you may have me mistaken for a different Bride. Every vendor my Husband and I hired stuck with us from the very beginning until the day of my Wedding. No one left our side and I never hired nor considered other florists besides you and the Florist who worked my wedding. I was the bride who called multiple times on valentine's day and made several attempts to make a final payment of $2,000.00 but no one wanted to run my card because it was too busy in the store. I needed to finalize all payments especially because my wedding was in less than three months. Instead, you explained that you did not want to work with me because I was being "difficult" for begging your staff to take my payment during valentine's day. I had another vendor present with me who witnessed this call. I never yelled, cursed or degrade anyone especially as one of my vendors were standing in front of me when this happened. I did however have to reschedule or miss approx 3 appointments with your team because I worked for an agency who served mandatory overtime that I HAD to attend no questions asked, but I explained that to your team and they always assured it was never a problem and they understood. I can also recall showing up to one of our appointments wearing my uniform. I greatly appreciate the meetings as it gave me an exact idea of what I wanted and didn't want for my wedding. Our new florist did and amazing job. You however were extremely mean and unreasonable with not taking my $2,000.00 payment. If I ran a business, 2 grand is 2 grand. It takes 5minutes of your time to run my card. If not less. You've ran my card in the passed with no issues. Although it was a bad result, im happy you decided to no longer work with us. The turn out was amazing and I'm overwhelmed with joy on the team of vendors I chose. Everyone was so sweet and understanding. I wish your business the best.Ps: You run a business. You don't have to be malicious to everyone who writes a review under 5 stars. It comes with being a business owner. You must carry yourself as a professional at all times to include online. It is the same account we have communicated on via email for all of my transactions with your business, so hiding my identity is another lie and hilarious. We have met on numerous occasions to include a visit with my Matron of Honor, My Bridesmaid and my Husband. And don't forget the sit down we had with my Mother present as well. Lying is not a good look on your business. I would also love it if you could post those phone calls on your Facebook page since you and I both know you're lying. I would never disrespect or degrade any of your staff. This is literally the first time hearing that my flower change was a problem. You then stated that you didn't have the time to run my card due to your orders on valentine's day. Also how did you not have a price estimate for the changes of my flowers IN JANUARY (approx 5 months prior to the wedding day) when I have the exact receipt of those changes on this very email? The change was only about a $200+ difference to my original order because we removed the Lillies for red Dahlias and blush roses for red ones. We also removed several items. I made sure to ask if it was too late to make changes and you made it very clear that we had more than enough time to make changes. I have had great feedback about the type of bride I was, everything you are describing is the complete opposite of how I treated all of my vendors and how they feel about me. You were the only discrepancy. I don't understand why it's so easy and comfortable for you to lie over an honest review. I ordered online ( I live in North Carolina)for my niece for Valentine's day for a delivery ..today(2-12-21)to her office ..I had to call and ask to have them delivered to her house instead because the weather was bad and her office was closing early ..the Lady was super nice and was able to change the delivery..and the flowers were awesome.. beautiful and the bear was precious..she loved it..I highly recommend this florist..

This is my favorite flower shop in town by far. The owners were so helpful coordinating the flowers for my wedding I had next door at Brick and Barrel. Prices are reasonable, the arrangements are BEAUTIFUL!!! If you ever make your wife mad, you know where to go.

Received flowers for my bday from my mother in law in a different state (she’s awesome and I wasn’t expecting them ? ) from here. They were beautiful and huge! It was a large dozen bouquet of peach large stem roses-at least that's what it looks like☺️. Stunning. Just stunning. Highly recommend. I would absolutely use this florist from now on. Thank you for the amazing surprise. It was also my anniversary❤️. Thanks again!

I received a flower arregement today from mother's day, it looked prepared by myself not appropriatelly distributed, smaller than show in the internet, even the card all wrinkled, very unprofessional.

I stopped in on valentine's day to pick up some flowers for my girlfriend it was late in the afternoon and I purchased an arrangement for $80 plus a box of chocolates and balloons and my girlfriend loved them! I felt bad because I think they were about to close and it took me awhile to choose what I wanted but the lady was very patience and I received wonderful customer service! Thank you for making my gf so happy and I look forward to using flowers by Patricias again.

I ordered an arrangement to surprise my wife. The day it's supposed to be delivered they call her and ask if they can deliver it the following day! So much for a surprise. Then they don't even bother to deliver the arrangement the following day!!I try calling both numbers on their website and I'm forwarded to a voicemail. I would not and will not recommend this shop to anyone. Completely unprofessional.
