Beware of turning items in to this store. They will lose your package and tell you that you have to do the ground work to find it. They will refer you to claims who will also depend on you to do everything. At the end they will tell you there's nothing they can without you rembering the date and time to look at video. It's a big waste of time to tell you "unfortunately"... Get your receipt even if you arrived with a label. They will also let tell you, you don't need that.

There was a wait time to use their machines. however, the employees were VERY helpful and kind. Every one of them no exception. It was a good experience.

Helpful, but inconvenient.
I had a free FedEx label. I was told that he would not be able to ship sneakers without some padding inside the larger box it came in. He stated something heavy could be placed on top. He asked if I wanted padding. I agreed, but it was going to be an extra fee. I declined. He still would not ship.
I stated that the company shipped it to me the same way without padding. He gave a response about it was maybe a single shipped or something along those lines.
I had to go to Office Max for them to ship.

The prompts were easy to use on self service print. Sadly my format was incorrect and gave me issues printing. The staff member Andre was not only courteous but also incredibly helpful .

Always super friendly and helpful every time I've been there. I'm not the best at working copy machines and the employees were super helpful and didn't mind taking the time to help me.

Prefer FedEx over anyone else . The employees are extremely helpful and they always greet you .
