Requested style: Request was for lock job twist which was done very poorly. Came loose after one day. Very poor service. I wouldn't recommend getting a dog groomed here.Service the worst I ever experienced ??

Umi & Nicole done my hair Friday morning & let me just say they were fast appointment was at 8:30- done by 1pm (my hair is really short & i have postpartum alopecia & they made me feel so good ❤️Yesterday morning (Saturday) the owner called to check on me made sure my hair was ok & if i liked it , like i told her iLove it ?I’ve never been to a shop where they check on you ! I’ll definitely be back when I take my hair down much love ladies ! Also their price is AFFORDABLE!!!!Services: Braids

Never again. My 8 am appt changed to 930 because they either over booked or they forgot my appt so I had to wait. I understand bring ur kid to work but when I’m a paying customer to have to wait for feedings, and for u to tend to a crying baby AFTER making me wait is just bad business and unprofessional. We as women can and should do better—this is why they don’t take us seriously. My knotless are so tight and I probably won’t have edges after this. Extremely disappointed. While they hair looks good. My whole day was ruined because of their unprofessionalism and I never even got an apology. To add insult to injury they had the nerve to tell me she had an appt at 11! Like I really GAF about the next person, and to show her to me again like I care. How quickly they forgot that I waited in my car for 50min waiting for them to open. Delirious, inconsiderate and just clueless. This was my first and last. Kind people, need more business etiquette. If I didn’t need my hair done, I woulda left. Still SMH ?

When I need to get a professional hairstyle done, she's the only place I will visit. Just be careful with prices , sometimes, she doesn't remember what she told you or what's even happening. Other than that, the staff are great!

I would like to leave a review to express the beautiful energy I have with Fatou's location,as well as the braider that work with,me .I typically braids in style my own hair, but I was just exhausted due to my schedule and I have received services here twice.I really appreciate her walking accommodations, I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted, & as for my visit..they were very much on point.???Service: Braids

This place of business is bad I ask for my money back cause they messed up my boyfriend hair n she declined my request n said she wasn’t here she was in New York said her worker said she did a good job when I send her a video look like a six year played in his head n then when I try give her a chance to do the right thing she over talked me didn’t wanna here shìt I said n block me n I was one of her loyal customers at that I will not be returning for any service they get zero stars

I will NEVER come back here! They don't do your hair the way that you ask them. They make you wait past your appointment time or they stack appointments when they don't have the staff. I asked for a specific style and provided a picture. The owner Fatou didn't do my hair the way that it should have been done. I went back because my hair was too tight to which it caused the right side of my face to swell. She just blew me off and said that she didn't have the time. But I'm currently contacting my lawyer because she wasted my time because I was there from 9:30am until after 3 and wasted my $180 for a style that I wasn't done properly and that didn't require to be tight. And if you do choose to go you will see her expired license on the wall.Service: Hairstyling
