Just left and I waited in the car just to make this review. For starters I don’t mind someone being on their phone, if it helps you pass time by all means. But when it interferes with you just speaking to people, greeting people when they come in and even interacting with them at the counter, that’s when it becomes annoying. I watched this employee ring up people while steadily talking on the phone; not even saying hello to the customer you’re servicing. Would have loved for her to focus on the person in front of her and not the call she was on.

I live in the surrounding neighborhood near this store and have been coming here for years. However! That is about to come to an end because these employees being hired nowadays have terrible attitudes. It truly makes you not want to shop there because of not knowing what type of attitude you are about to encounter. Please manager(s) and HR of this store, properly train the personnel on customer service and the importance of such.

Three words…poor customer service. This doesn’t apply to every employee I’ve encountered there, but there’s definitely a couple who could use some additional training.

Unbelievable that I could enter this store with a manager and another employee (in training) at the front and neither greet me (other the other customers) as we enter. Then after careful shopping for the items pictured in the ad, I get in line, place my items on the belt and neither come to the register or greet me. As 3 other customers line up, they still do not cone to the registers until it is convenient for them. There is much more to say about the poor customer service, but not worth my time or my money.
