I would definitely give this a place a zero star. I had to come to Family Dollar because Doller General was closed and I didn’t feel like driving to Walmart. When I say this store was sooooo dirty and nasty!!! I can’t express how nasty this store was. There was open food on the shelves, the refrigerator part had spills and dead bugs WHERE THERE IS FOOD!! I literally didn’t want to touch nothing in this store he probably had STDs on the stuff. The staff looked dirty and on drugs. I had to walk out because I just didn’t feel comfortable purchasing anything. Whom ever the Area Manager or District Manager is should be fired for allowing the store to run like this. I will never go here again.

I came into this store to buy a few items and if my staff talked or acted the way these employees do I would have a new crew or close the doors

If I could, I would give this store no stars.. I went there to buy toilet paper, and the manager name Kayla was very unprofessional. I explained to her the toilet paper that I was buying was supposed to be $7.25 and she said someone put it in the wrong place.. I told her well im sorry, but I feel you should still sale it to me for that price because that was false advertising.. She refused to sale it to me and said I can't help you or sale it to you for that price. (SMH)This place was very dirty and very hot.. I will never go there again.. If you don't like getto or dealing with people who don't care about customers' services.. Please don't go there..smh

There are new pple there every week and most are self absorbed or rude and always on their phone even if a customer is in front of them. I only go here for the cheap wine. Its a wonder they are still open. Its always dirty and boxes are every where.

The store is supposed to open at 8am. Here we are at 8:15 and NO ONE IS HERE! Can someone open the store so that customers can shop?

This store is in an economically challenged area but in the last couple months they have really made some great improvements. Now if it's customers would keep up with the workforce it could make me maintained.
