They don’t actually know what they’re talking about. Not even “The Doctor” I’ve never seen. The one who especially doesn’t know what she is talking about is the the girl with (currently) short black and red hair. These seem like individuals who just bought cats and have been taking care of them for like two weeks and got hired here and started giving people pet care advice with little to no knowledge or experience with pet care. They are all so ditsy and clueless. I doubt they even know how to stick a pet properly to give shots. Terrible staff. AND the (currently) red and black haired female laughed and continued laughing at the conditions of my pet trying to get her coworkers in on laughing with her. I’m sure these girls are sweet but I very strongly disliked my experience. Even the non existent doctor that they kept running to for “answers” seems to have little to no knowledge on pets and/or pet care. The answers they came back with to tell me were so??? Like did you look that up on google or something? Did you ask a 10 year old that before coming to tell me about a serious condition my pet may have?

They were friendly and caring about my pets needs. Adonis was treated with love and respect.

They do not take record keeping seriously. We were told we could not get our cat’s flea and tick medication since he was overdue on a vaccine from 2023. This is the first time we have heard about this after getting flea and tick prevention for months for him. The lady up front could also not control her facial expressions.

We had our cat spayed the other day & I have to say that the staff here are amazing. I could not have asked for better people to take care of my Mini. Brandy in the front, is a top notch tier human being. So sweet, helpful, & kind. I recommend them 100%. Prices are more than fair also. 5 stars

My cat got respiratory infection after coming here as well as they broke his tooth. The vet at Aztec where I’ve had to take my cat after taking the cheap route and using emancipet assumes they broke his tooth intubating him for surgery. I read another review about them not keeping the feral/strays separate from the healthy house pets and that is exactly right. The office manager or scheduler needs to schedule healthy house pets and feral/strays on different days. We trust our pets are in good hands but this place is cheap for a reason.
