“Absolutely love this cricket wireless location! The staff here is always so knowledgeable. They took the the time to help me find the perfect phone plan and even explained all the benefits like MAX and Cricket Protect. The store is remarkably clean, organized, and has the most welcoming atmosphere unlike some of the other ones in town.Plus they offer the most amazing deals on accessories! I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and unbeatable offers. “They are like real buddies.... When I was feeling sick they came to my house to pick up my payment and when I didn't understand my payments they always explained it to me very well. They were very flexible times I was late making payments, because they know life happens. The ladies are really cool and so easy to talk to, Victor is great at assembling items, and Jose is very straightforward and helpful.”
“Carlos was a huge help!! Thank you Carlos for your honesty and looking out for the customer and not just the sale. I live close to the Harker heights metro near HH Walmart and I had a horrible experience there and paid more out of pocket due to the lady manager only concerned about her number in sales. Will never go back to that store and would rather visit this small Rancier location every time for future transactions. “I went in not quite sure what to get for my boyfriend, I am not a gamer and needed guidance buying him some new things such as a headset. Chad helped me and explained everything to me in a way that allowed me to make the best selection. He was outgoing and was extremely patient with me. I ended up deciding to get a controller too because Mr. Chad was an amazing salesman. Super great experience, Chad is a great employee!!!!! “Let's talk about the nightshift crew, and how they have set my expectations so high that no other 7ll will do. I immediately judge those stores and just cant enjoy anything because they are doing it wrong. I dont know how else to put it. There is not one store that can beat this crew. The store is always clean, customer service is excellent, so much so it feels like we've been friends all our lives. My favorite crew member is their manager Damon, his dry humor has us laughing all the time. I appreciate you more than you know! He definitely knows how to lead a crew while having fun. The whole crew is always happy, that right there says a lot. The newer girl that just started back in November/December has a shiny soul and she is very kind. Our Hispanic friend is quick and on point especially when it comes to serious situations. A lady fainted at the store and he handled everything seamlessly. I could see that he genuinely cared even after the ambulance left. Their integrity is impressive and a breath of fresh air.
Anyways, thank you guys so much for making my nightshifts fun. I hope something incredible happens for each one of you.

“We had tried the Internet Box, for a replacement for current internet provider. The connection was not quick enough for usage. So, I took to my home in Florence, TX connection was worse. So, I took the product back to Killeen Mall and there was no issue with returning and receiving a refund.”

“Unlike other 7/11s out there; this Store went above and beyond any I had business doing with before. When there was a blatant problem with Uber Eats after a delivery driver had wrongfully grabbed the wrong Order, the Floor Supervisor; Mrs. Mosley had assisted this new Soldier to work with Uber Eats out of her time to get me a Refund. She even extended her kindness by giving me two free croissants for the troubles caused.This store is truly above the call of duty and the staff here are obviously being supervised by a great leader to where hopefully witnessing their supervisor go above and beyond may inspire them to do the same and to carry a positive example for what a 7/11 should be in the books.”
“We had a recent mishap with an open box purchase. We went into the store, after two different 3 hour round trips, as well as hours on the phone with customer service reps (who did nothing to help). JP at the Killeen location made the process so easy. He made sure to listen to our concerns and treated us with such kindness and professionalism!
