So we switched from R.A.C. Biggest mistake I have ever made! They brought a bed into my home that had bugs! What we returned to rac was CLEAN, we got the bed from this store and I started waking up with huge welts. Well I started looking at the bed frame and guess what I find bugs in the frame! Mind you when they brought the head and foot board in they were already together! And we called and they tell us “ your gunna have to wait” I will be contacting the home store as well as a lawyer. I can prove our house was clean from this before they brought their stuff into my house.

I been paying on my couches for almost 3 years (100 dollars a month- actually more than that because of insurance fees) I went to see if I could take a look at my original contract to see price on couches because they were damaged with cat scratches when I first got them. I couldn’t remember what that price was and they said they could not find it. They had no idea where it was. I also asked how much I still owed and they said 800 dollars. I was not happy and I’m still not but what do I do. Send them back after paying so much on them? It makes me sick to my stomach making my payment every 2 weeks for 75 dollars. I will Keep paying but will probably not return, just being honest. **** owner has contacted me and it was very much appreciated.

Customer service leaves ALOT to be desired. As we were signing our lease, a BABY ROACH crawled across the table. Then, they were supposed to deliver on a Saturday between 1 and 3. At ten of three, no show, no call. We called them, they said they needed to reschedule. It would have been nice to know. Do NOT recommend.
