I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment from The Dorel and I can't recommend them enough! From the very beginning, Brittany was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. The apartment complex itself is in great condition and is a great place to live, especially for military personnel.

I have had an amazing experience living at The Dorel Apartments. All areas are well taken care of and clean. The ambience is quiet and peaceful. Everyone at the office is helpful, nice and kind.

Ms.Brittney is a ray of sunshine of a cloudy day ! She worked with me and my wife for hours to cater to our every need. Being a disabled vet I had a few accommodations that I needed arranged. She was more than happy to do everything in her power to do so. She juggled walk-ins and appointments all the while making sure we felt welcomed and heard. She gave us a full tour of the facility making sure we saw everything. She aided us at every turn in out application and lease! I would highly recommend the dorel to any tenants ! The facilities are top shelf and unlike many apartments they have a very easy layout ; with amenities at every turn. You're missing out if you haven't checked them out !

From the moment my daughter and I stepped foot on the property, our experience far exceeded any other property we had visited and/or considered. Tanya was very knowledgeable and so personable! She provided us with quality care and the upmost respect; She was absolutely amazing! However, it did stop there. Brittany was phenomenal!!!!! Not only was her character impeccable, her kindness and care was more than I as a mother could have imagined for my daughter moving into her first apartment independently. Brittany was patient and ensured she answered all our questions, provided us a detailed tour of the grounds and apartment, and ensured we were okay various times during the process. I am truly grateful for this experience and would love give a rating higher than 5 stars. Brittany and Tanya deserve 1000/10! Thanks for a stress-free and absolutely pleasant experience obtaining the apartment my daughter truly is ecstatic to have.

I don’t even know what too say! My experience here has been absolutely amazing . With the help of Mrs. Tanya and Mrs. Brittany I was able to secure my first ever apartment and it’s absolutely beautiful! Been living here as a resident for the past 3.5 years. I can honestly say that the joy of the place declined ever since the recent arrival of the new management. They reached out and tricked us into renewing our lease and then tacked on $900 of additional charges. Re-Charging a non-refundable deposit of $300x2 per pet as well as $100 pet fee. Yes, they require you to pay the $300/Pet AGAIN as well as $100 pet fee when you renew your lease.
Terrible! Good luck trying to get ahold of these folks. They NEVER answer their phones and response to emails weeks later.
The landscaping use to be on point. Now the grassy areas are just full of dog poop everywhere. Management fails to even enforce about picking up after your pets.
The only great thing I can say is that the maintenance staff are very friendly and prompt.
I do not recommend this place!
You have a better chance else where.

I moved out Feb 15th and it’s now July 15th. I was told it would only take 30 days. I’ve kept calling but I’m being told to keep giving it time and to call again next week, I’ve called again and again as they’ve asked me to and keep getting the run around on my security deposit. Super frustrating tbh. They’ve shown no urgency to resolve this problem or update me on the status of my security deposit and there has been seven times I’ve made a call and got no answer… I called all last week and was told it was out of there hands. I’ve called the last two days multiple times and nobody picked up. It’s now July 24th and it’s still the same story. Still haven’t received my security deposit back. You should definitely reach out and contact me @ Dorel Killeen Apartments (Owner).

Brittany was extremely helpful with my move-in process from start to finish! Any questions or concerns I had prior to moving into Dorel apartments was addressed promptly, and I could not be more satisfied of my decision to choose Dorel apartments. I would like to personally thank Brittany for her patience and great attitude because she made my move-in process seamless!

I would recommend this place 10 times,
Nice people in the office with good communication, good treatment, answers your question’s, and easy to move in you don’t have to worry about 3 times rent deposit it’s very different, like the others, and they will stay with u until you moving, all in one your moving with Dorel staff will be smoothly. Place is clean quit area, the gym is 10/10 . Brittany is one of them let me not tell you about the manager,she sweet guys.
