Says store is open but doors are locked. This is an everyday thing here in Killeen. They are never on time. People sit out in the parking lot sometimes 20 plus min and just eventually get tired of waiting. Not good for business. Rated a 3 star just for the products sold there.

Watch out for double charging if you have to swipe your card twice.This is the most expensive store with second hand items.You can get almost everything 25 cents cheaper at the family dollar or general..

I was waiting on a lyft ? ? I needed to stop by good Ole crunch fitness to meet with front runner for front desk issues it is more trouble than I bargained for .I'm not downing my gym but the Spencer's on the billing I am not happy with billing...Now for good neighbors the dollar Tree is affordable for singles nic nacs are cute in every aspect sure it accomidates it carries cute essentials for non specic reasons

This morning when I went into the store there was a worker, I believe her name started with a T, who was blowing up balloons. Me and another lady were standing in line for someone to check us out. She looked over a few times and did say anything. At the same time two workers came out of the office and again didn’t acknowledge us. A gentlemen, whom I assumed was getting the balloons, walked over to her register and she immediately asked was he ready to check out, and she proceeded to check him out. After standing in line waiting for someone to check us out for almost 5 minutes and no one acknowledging us I was furious. The very least she could’ve done was to let us know that the register we were standing at was closed and to come over to her. It was very unprofessional for to see us waiting and then check someone else out before us. She needs a refresher in customer service.

It's a little larger than most $ trees I've been in. They had a good variety and it looked somewhat in order; only thing I didn't like was I was in line for a good while and when I reached the check out is when the other employee stopped what they were doing & opened another register. By that time there was only two other people in the checkout line behind me to check out; would've been ALLOT more helpful if they would've came up there sooner to help

I'm not going to lie, I've only been in here once and it was just to check things out when I first got here. I usually go to the Dollar Tree that's right next to the Hobby Lobby and I'd be there for hours because they have a lot of great stuff and well...they're next to the Hobby Lobby. This one however, in my opinion supersedes that one because, damn is it the nicest looking one that I've been in. This most recent visit I had there, was so organized and clean. I mean, you can just tell that the manager there or the team there really care about how their store looks because it was put together alright. Granted the other location I'm always at, is a bit more busier, I think that should tell the manager to develop some type of plan where the team aren't overexerting themselves and can manage working better together to make the store look better. This location is closer to me so I'm probably going to start coming to this one more often, especially because I just feel like their service was more friendly. I know it's the Dollar store and it's cheap but I don't think that needs to be reflected in the service. I'll definitely be back here ! You can tell that different dollar stores do have different things though! I think the other one is slightly bigger as well so they have a bit more things but with it being messy, and disorganized it becomes a hassle to look through.

It's getting way better items then it used to. I like the $3 and $5 sections that were added. It's still a great price for items at $1.25

There was an employee that was very pleasant and helped me find items I was looking for..the cashier was also very friendly the store was very clean
