Dec 8th 23, for management, The female employer working right now time is 3:50pm, has a commonality everytime she works there no cash back its not the system its the lack willingness to do the lil extra work caused by providing this profitable service to the customers. Just a heads up, anytime this person works there is no cash back and you are losing alot of sales I had a basket of stuff and put it all back I came to the harker heights DG and what do you know they got cash back as all the others do. Just saying

Very rude manager. Always on her phone and never at the register when im trying to checkout. I felt profiled by her walking into the store as a black man. I can feel the microaggressions from her as I checkout. I overheard another customer saying they used to be employed by her at ROSS. She proceeded to say she was a rude and unprofessional boss. Yall need new managers running the store. The isles are never stocked correctly as well as its always dirty on the floor.

I tried calling all morning and never not once answered the phone I called at least 30 times and nothing every time and when I do go in the store it is always dirty and the people that work there are always rude to you never really want to help you out with out being rude to you they need to find another job

This store is close to my house and easy to access. It is always clean and orderly. It has expanded recently to include fresh vegetables. I enjoy shopping here when I need to get something quickly. Prices may be a little more than Walmart but it is much closer.

DAMARIS - Is extremely rude, and was barely helpful at all. I did an online order and not only did they not have half my items, The order wasn’t ready. And the cashier gave me nothing but attitude, then she wasn’t knowledgeable about the return process when I asked about the items I paid for but couldn’t get. I used to love it here but so long as that woman works here I’ll take my money elsewhere. Get her out the building

Other than one thing your cashiers hardly ever talk to u tonight when I came in around 9 pm for cashier gave me a dirty look when I came in then was on her phone the whole time during my transaction. I’m a manager at a truck stop that is the rudest thing I can ever do . All she was doing was playing a game . As a manager the only reason I’m on the phone at the register is if I’m talking to my boss! Might wanna talk to your cashiers
