They got propane and Redi Ice...two main things I need for summer fun. Place was a little messy but check out was easy and smooth. Entrance to the parking lot is not sports car friendly lol

Meh it's always busy, and messy now, But thier stock is full. It's convenient to pop in when it isn't busy. They never seem to have enough cashiers there.

I have been shopping at this store for many years. This store has always carried Blue Bell ice cream where I have always bought it at this location. Since the recent renovation the store quit selling it. Many people have complained about it and are requesting the ice cream back to this store. On this side of town we have no grocery store and it was extremely handy to have Blue Bell at this location.

Upon entering the store, I was told by an employee behind the counter, that I am not allowed to have my purse in the store due to the company experiencing a lot of theft. I asked the employee when did this policy start, as I have been a paying customer for over two years at this specific store and I've never been asked to leave my bags. Instead of the employee answering my question, she screamed across the store for the manager, Tavia to come to the front, I didn't understand why management was being called as I wasn't being disruptive or arguementive about the situation at that time. However, I definitely felt embarrassed, shamed, and unwelcome. I was essentially being called a thief in front of a store full of people at the front door. My purse was taken from me and put behind the counter in an unsecured location and no apologies were made. Tavia the store manager, said the only way I can shop at this location is if I didn't walk around with my purse. As I was walking through the store I thought about the way I'd been treated by the employees and what the gesture of taking my belongings really meant as a paying customer. I got really upset when I thought about all the times I entered this same store with this same exact handbag and was never asked to leave the store of put it behind the counter. I decided that I no longer wanted to shop in a place where the first assumption of the store is that everyone who enters is a potential thief. I live across the street from this store and I've been renting at this place for approximately 3 years. I also use a mobile app through my bank to track my spending. Thus far, this year alone, I have spent close to 2, 309.70 at this specific store. Imagine giving that amount of business to one place for almost 41% of your household needs and being treated this way? Why should a theft issue with this company become a personal inconvenience to me? Its not about the purse, its the principle that I work hard for my money and when I walk into an establishment I want to feel good about spending it there. Instead I actually felt like I was being robbed by the very place that I was willing to show patronage. The gesture is professionally, morally, and ethically wrong on many different levels. I will be posting this review on your Google page and addressing it with a member of cooperate.

They were very rude and they did not want to give me customer service there was a sale with boots and they took them away from me or due to one of their family members being in the store I had asked one of the customer service ladies if they have seen my phone and they gave me an attitude I would not recommend going to the store they're very rude and have no people skills I asked to talk to the manager and they did not meet my expectations and I grew up here I have never received such poor customer service from a Dollar general. Pacifically there was a sale on boots and they didn't want to give me the sale. I honestly felt discriminated and disrespected

Absolutely ridiculous when a regular customer who has been coming to this store for over 4 years gets told randomly one day they have to leave their purse in the car because its to large. I have been in this store 20 times in the last 2 weeks and never once been told I had to leave my purse in my vehicle. Your theft problem is NOT my purses problem. The lady was rude and was blocking me from walking down the aisle. corporate has been notified.
