This store is absolutely unprofessional. The GM, Vera, stated that I would receive an email for hire over the duration of 7 visits to the store within 2 weeks. I had to call the district just to receive my hire packet and was told I would be notified about a starting date over 2 weeks ago. I still to this day have not received a start date. I started to feel as if I was being lied too about a position as I saw new hires start to appear in the store. I have worked at plenty of professional establishments, and this is the most lackluster "boss" I have ever seen. The tone of voice she used when speaking to me was that of one who sounded annoyed. District will be called about this situation because it's gotten disrespectful to the point of toying with someone's income.

Great Store.Really friendly and Helpful employees.I got overheated when walking,I went in the store to cool off.They had ice cold water bottles.They have all kinds of food&groceries.A great big selection of gift cards.A great neighborhood store! Lots of candy and snacks for the kids .

This store is cruel I understand not letting a rude adult come in to there store but homeless kids that’s walking in the snow trying to get food to survive and instead of helping the manager wants to call police, what I saw today was just outrageous I don’t blame them.

Store Manager was refusing to help me with a price that is on the shelf and register was over priced. She preferred to argue with means she was holding up the line, shaking her head saying I’m not going to check because she did want to . I came in before previously saw that the items had no price tag. today they have a price tag and would not check because she right and fixed it herself. Rude and disrespectful, unprofessional customer service . If you don’t like your job , she should stay at home

They need to close this dollar general . I go in there on Saturdays so I can use my coupons the manager don’t no anything about her job . Everything I ask her in that irritating voice she say I don’t no !! There shelf’s stay empty , no push carts in the store , how do you expected me to shop ? And they are slow as heck when checking you out . It never fails every Saturday I go in there it’s the same problems . If the upper people really cared they would spend sometime in this store and figure why it’s going down hill . And last but not least there is for ever glass in that parking lot

This is the most unprofessional Dollar General I have ever visited. I was followed around the store and asked if I was going to purchase items in my HAND. This employee was eating on the sales floor and not assisting other customers. Sara was extremely slow on the register and refused to ask for help from another lady who was seemingly wondering. This all happened at approx 715 on 17 November 2021. Very displeased with this service!

The woman,I really if girl, named GRACE, was so busy ringing up makeup that was on clearance,for herself,she left us standing in line forever. Running her mouth,in that annoying voice. When one of us made reference to it,she shut down her register and walked away leaving us all standing there. Like make up is gonna help her. .omg ..will never go back there ..she's such a rude cow
