In October of last year, we went in and bought four of the best recommended tires for our car. This was our first experience at a discount tire and at the time we had hub caps on our rims, on the way home after getting our tires taken off and replaced and our hub caps being put back on, two of our hub caps shot off and flew across the highway almost hitting other cars. Our tire sensors were also broken. Upon further investigation it was found 3 of the four caps were snapped and broken. I called and was told to bring them in to be looked at, now when I originally went in my husband was with me but when I returned I was alone as my husband was military and otherwise engaged. I was also 6 months pregnant and I had scheduled an appointment, I stood in line and was not talked to until an hour past my appointment time. They said that the tire sensors were already bad and that’s why they turned on but the light had never turned on before they messed with our tires. The guy also looked over the caps and said they would replace them and I could expect an update by the end of the week.. no one ever called. Turns out he never made a record that I had returned. I contacted the manager and they told me to come back in and then they did eventually fix the issue with the hub caps but unfortunately they charged us to fix the tire sensors and did not apply our military discount on those.

I want to speak very highly of Greg. I had a repair done at discount in another location and there was still a leak where it was done at . They wanted to put a spare on and I explained to it and tried to call the other location but they weren’t much help . He helped me out with another tire . I am very thankful for him and his great customer service . I will definitely come back here and recommend it to others !

I previously posted a rather negative review (which for posterity I will leave at the bottom).
This morning (the day before Father's Day) I had to pop in due an observation of inconveniently dropping air-pressure on one of the tires of the family SUV (I would learn later that it was due to yet another screw in the tire).
I immediately vectored to Discount Tire, arriving roughly 30 minutes before their 8:00am opening time. Because it was a Saturday, I also made the earliest possible appointment (which incidentally wasn't until 9:45am) just in case. Since I was the first to arrive, I decided when speaking to them that I wouldn't mention the appointment unless they asked about it.
J. and C. were attentive, courteous, and professional. The flat was fixed, the tires rotated, and air-pressure checked all in less than an hour. This is in stark contrast to what I received before, thus it's only fair that I update my review. Good job, Gentlemen.

I'm disappointed in the decline in service since I left a previous glowing review. I had a 1:30 appointment but I arrived more than an hour early and was told when I checked in that there were earlier appointments that would be serviced first. "No problem" I said, as I knew I had a podcast that I intended to listen to that would take up 45 minutes or so (I decided to wait on premises).
My thought was that whichever came first: either a lull or my appointment would lead to a faster turnaround. I donned my headphones and closed my eyes, knowing that I had directly handed the manager my keys.
Now it was very busy and there was a lot of walk-in traffic. Around 1:00pm I went to the restroom and happened to notice on their monitor that there were a lot of walk-ins which came in after me and had been serviced prior to my vehicle. This was slightly perturbing because it basically meant that I would have been better off not making an appointment. I couldn't rightfully complain however as technically my vehicle wasn't supposed to be there until 1:30.
By 2:00pm when they still hadn't taken care of my vehicle (and again, there were walk-ins that were serviced prior), I was getting irritated. I went up to the counter and then they suddenly remembered my vehicle and pulled it in to service it. I didn't get out of there until perhaps 2:20pm. I asked the technician and the marketing manager what went wrong in the process, and they were both patient and apologetic. Apparently somehow my paperwork got "lost." How does that happen when this is literally what you do every day?
To add insult to injury, they didn't even bother topping off the air in my other tires.
I'm hoping my next visit will be better than my last one, considering I've spent thousands at Discount Tire over the last 6-7 years alone, and in fact even bought the tires on one of my current vehicles at that very location.

Manny at this tire shop is truly exceptional! He went above and beyond to assist my wife and me, especially when we were in a tough spot. He not only provided us with the perfect tires for our truck but also ensured we got them at the best price in town. We'll definitely be returning for all our tire needs, knowing Manny will take care of us every time!

The staff are professional, fast, friendly, and motivated with respect to customer service.
They notified me when the vehicle was in the bay, when they started the repairs, and then when it was complete they gave me a complete overview of what they did.
Pricing was great as always, in addition to very specific information as to what the charges were.
This is a great location.

Great experience here!
Long time customer for Discount Tire because they stand by their product and service. Seriously, one of the only places I'm severely loyal to.
I will say this store stands out especially, I felt very much welcome, at home, and taken care of
Galen, thank you especially for giving me all the info I needed to make an informed purchase. You also accommodated me into your busy shop schedule - I really did not expect you to have the tires I wanted in stock (both brands) for me to compare - AND get me in right away.
Tire techs did great and man they're fast! I couldn't keep up with them if you had a pack of wild dogs chasing me.
Y'all really went above and beyond today, your customers see it and appreciate you.

I have used Discount Tires across several states when traveling. They always do right by me on pricing, warranties and service. I always have great service however, Manuel and his team at the Killeen, TX location went above and beyond today to get me taken care of. Very much appreciated guys!!

Everything the warranty and guarantee here is fake. I bought the thing tires here for $888 and now they said it would give me 70k plus mileage which only gave 45k. They are saying that they will gave me credit for it and when the total comment out the price was $883. So $7 dollar credit thanks for that Mr. Discount. I would rather go to Toyota at least I will get the quality.
