There was a very nice lady in the women’s section, her name is Vesna.. she was extremely helpful and nice. She offered to help zip the back of the dresses I tried on and help find me a dress to purchase. Dillards is lucky to have Vesna!

I prefer Killeen Dillard but I’m closer to the Temple store still go to Killeen! They have better brands bigger store!

Went today to look for a stroller and car seat I was approached right away for assistance I just hate how they just stick on you and don’t let you observe in peace and to top it off it felt so humid and hot inside .

Not rating the store only the young black male that helped me in the men’s department. I am 69 years old and I cannot think of a time when I got better customer service.

Feb 2024, it's been years since I last visited the Killeen mall. Dilliards was having 65% off their shoes dept. Even with the sales, it was still pricey and they were short of staff and merchandise. One good note is that they can stretch a shoe for you for free but once it's stretch you can't return or exchange. Bought one pair within my budget.

Great store - it has stylish name brand clothing of good quality and helpful employees. I always shop here when visiting my daughter. It also has high end costume jewelry and accessories as a huge selection of shoes. Although, only one entrance/exit which is concerning.
