very unprofessional, thee owner was very loudmouth to myself and my fellow counterpart. raising his voice and screaming just to tell me my order will be done, fast forward a month. my order is still not ready and doesn’t want to proceed with my order. will never be using them again !

I wish I could give zero stars! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The owner is very unprofessional. I spoke to him in regard to a job that was supposed to be completed 5JUL and here it is 18JUL still no product!! Nastiest attitude ever!! Don’t deal with him! Oh and I forgot to add the job was PAID for!

They completed the project over 2 weeks late. They Lost my order and don’t answer the phone or email. Then they tried to give me my order unfinished. I would go any where else.

Several individuals recommended that I use this shop for a frame repair. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I dropped off my military award the first week of April to be reframed due to the original frame being damage from a previous move. Talk with the ladies at the counter and I was told the person that does the work wasn't there and they would have to reach out to him to get a price quote and give me a call in a day or two. That call never came. I called them several times and it was the same response. Two weeks later, I finally spoke to the guy and he said this is the price and it will be ready by COB on Friday 19 April. I was getting ready for a TDY trip and by the time I made it to the shop they were already closed. So I went by there today 2 May and my framed is still not repaired and the excuse they gave me is he has been busy with orders coming in. Huh, was my repair not an order that came in iver 4 weeks ago or did you feel that my repair/order was not a priority to you because of other reason. Hmmm..... I'll let that marinate!!!! Whatever the case may be it was unacceptable and I would encourage others not to use them for anything.

Not happy with experience. Order was not completed by original date. They do not like answering the phones. Ladies in the back do not greet you when you walk into place of business. Decided to close business for spring break and didn’t even start on project. Lady works there that has no idea what’s going on and seems clueless. Will find another location cause they are not it nor worth dealing with.

i had a great ex. I brought in an idea and they were so helpful getting it to print. I was called a few time to make sure it was what I wanted and they sent me a picture before the final product. I will be going back for my future need. I got two mugs personalized and again I loved it.

This mom and pops business is the worst!!!! Believe me!!! I took my holiday ensign aka Big US flag to get repaired but the supposed owner and this dude walks up to the front and yells "SIR" scaring the crap out me so i had to take a moment to get my nerves right b4 I continue. I ask him if he can repair the flag, being a flag and guidon business, he proceeds to tell me " No we cant do it because we don't have the space and plus i wont like the way its gonna come out, I got sued for $5k for repairing a US Flag!" Well.... im not gonna sue anyone i just wanted the flag to get repaired so that it can be flown and have its rightful place on a flag pole to be seen. Aren't you a flag and guidon business???? Isn't this what you're suppose to specialize in? This is ur business? This is what you do!!! Dude take it from someone who knows a LOT of business, never turn down a customer just because you don't wanna do the work. LaNo respect for the flag, customer, or its significance!!

I was super impressed with the professionalism of this store. We reached out to them when the vendor we were trying to work with was continuously delayed and unresponsive and the difference was night and day. They answered emails quickly and phone calls by the second ring. We had a bulk order of coins for our battalion and they worked with the design we provided and then helped us improve it at no cost when a change was requested. I love our coins and so does the BC. All that and at a price less than the other place. We will definitely be using them again in the future. And I am going back soon to get an award for Chief.

Me and a couple friends went into this business looking for challenge coins for Ft. Hood a week ago while they didn't quite have the coins we were looking for the owner was still super nice and patient while answering all our questions and even hooked us up with coins from his sons unit. Will definitely come back next time we're in Texas and already looking into making a design for our own coins. Thanks again

I went to there yesterday looking for a case for my grandfathers flag because I broke the glass. They were able to cut the glass for me to fix the case and it was within 10 min. I will definately go there in the future for. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is above excellent

They did an amazing job on the gift for my son’s wrestling coach! I made a mistake on the spelling and when I picked it up I noticed it. They were awesome and fixed it for me right away! I highly recommend them! Thanks again!
