Just took 2022 Kia Telluride in for services. Has been by far the best experience when it comes to dealer maintenance I have ever had. Welcoming staff, good environment. Always kept me informed along every step of the way. Will take for all my services and probably will buy a new vehicle from them in the future.

In my experience I felt like I was a valued customer and I was confident that I was receiving the best service as possible. Billy in the Service Dept is an amazing asset to the dealership! I've been working with him on my vehicle since March '23 and I have no doubt that no one else would've assisted me as much as he did. He fought back and forth for months with my Extended Warranty Company to make sure they did right by me. It was an extremely difficult situation but I'm thankful my car was towed into this dealership because I sincerely felt cared about and that provided me so much comfort despite the circumstances. I live in Austin and would prefer to drive all the way to Killeen for any future services needed on my vehicle. I do acknowledge that other mechanics were involved the services I received but as the face of the dealership (to me) Billy is awesome!

This is the worst dealership to purchase a vehicle at and also get service from. I purchased my vehicle from these people and they told me that it came with some sort of fabric coating on the seats and I had to pay the upcharge for it already being on the seat. Keep in mind this car was certified pre-own so they had already collected it from the original purchaser. I tried using it and they said that it was mean to just put soap and water and it should come right off. What a waste of 800.00 they supposedly said I had to pay. They are a bunch of crooks. Fast forward to today and I had to get my car fixed. It was under warrantee for the fuel pump to be fixed. It was just fine for about a day and then I got a check engine light. Now I have to take it back to the service dept. to get checked. I sure hope i don't get that rude service lady "Holly". The first time I came in to have it evaluated, I waited almost 3 hours and then when I went to go get a status update, she glances out the window and says "Oh, It looks like it hasn't even moved" . Then another service advisor decided to chime in and rudely told me that if I wanted to they could get me a lyft. I was so appalled at how they were speaking to me. I see all the comments on here stating that people have recently also had issues with this dealership but I really don't think they care. They post the same robotic response with no sense of urgency to address any of these issues. This operation is a joke.

I bring my car in to get repaired and it takes 2 weeks just to get it in. They give me a 1:30pm appointment for a 2 hour ac repair. I call at 5 and they haven't even started it. I told them when I made the appointment I needed it back that day because I need it for work. I cannot drive it without ac in the hot Texas summer. I have already gotten sick twice from heat exhaustion. They said they would get it done first thing in the morning. I'm not holding my breath. They should stop overbooking appointment for repairs if they cannot get the work done in the promised time.Update. Gave them the morning get my car done. Called after lunch and apparently the person who was supposed to do my car isn't even working today. The person on the phone didn't even know what was happening with my car. My husband called and all of a sudden it's magically almost done. Bad customer service.

This was about as painless as car shopping could get. Thanks to James Fulsom -sales and Mario Sense-finance ,for making this happen. At the end of the day we left with the car we envisioned for ourselves and smiles on our faces.

I waited patiently to find my perfect Sportage. When I found out the one I'd been waiting for would be available at Dennis Eakin Kia, I was leery of doing business in town. I typically travel outside of Killeen to make my auto purchases. And to be quite honest, I dread the whole buying process. That is, until today. WOW! Clint was our salesman and did a fantastic job taking care of us. Debbie, the finance manager, was absolutely amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable and is a whiz at explaining things so the typical consumer can understand! But then there was Caitlyn. Clint, our salesman, had a prior engagement and was unable to stay, so Caitlyn stepped in to assist. She took the time to help me install and set up the Kia Access, then sat in the vehicle with me, explaining each of the different components and how to use them. She was extremely knowledgeable and so very patient. She did not rush me, even though it was after their normal business hours. She wanted to ensure we were well taken care of. I truly felt like this team is more like a family, than just employees. From Clint, to Debbie and then Caitlyn- I honestly enjoyed my car buying experience and I did it in Killeen! I can't say thank you enough to each and every one of them for making this my best experience ever. If you're reading this review because you are looking for a trustworthy dealership, but like me, dread the whole car buying experience, Dennis Eakin Kia is for you!!

Very bad experience with this Kia dealership. My son was in the process of purchasing a car from this dealership. We are preapproved with a credit union that this dealership supposedly has good history with. We were told today that if everything went well, the car could be available today, or the latest by Monday. The car was apparently at the mechanic getting serviced. Kia sent over the purchase order for this vehicle to our credit union, which was apparently sent incorrectly. Our credit union told us the purchase order was sent incorrectly. We told the Kia dealership. We checked back a few hours later to see if the new purchase order was sent and we were told that the car sold. Not too sure how they got such a high rating here, but I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership.

Lately there service department lacking respect . I walk in the door no hello nothing . Had appt then took 4 hrs for a oil change . Who gets mad over somebody doing a survive without calling them first . Offer to detail my car if I did it but unfortunately got a big attitude problem . Then want to charge me more for brakes then Waco Kia . When Desi left service dept it went downhill from there .. took forever to get a oil change ! I rather spend gas money go to Waco then deal with this slow Ass service dept ., i bought a Kia in Waco and got treated way better . Kia in killeen need to recheck themselves . You call me and get rude again I never come back . I been a reg customer for yrs to be treated this poorly. In the last year or so they just suck .. very disappointed for being a reg customer . Makes me want to get rid of my Kia .

Car shopping during a pandemic and with supply chains issues is a challenge. After trying 4-5 local, closer to home dealerships, trying to test drive and reserve a car was impossible. So we widened our search. Marissa the online sales rep responded very quickly, answered all of our questions, and let us know which vehicles they were expecting to arrive in the next few weeks.We drove up a few days later, met with our awesome sales rep, Joe Brown, who explained all of the features of the Telluride and the Sorrento, and we ultimately reserved our new ride. To our surprise the vehicle came in 10 days earlier than expected. Yeah! Another trip up a couple of days later, Joe came in on his day off to meet with us, and explained in detail all of the features the car has. It has a LOT!!! Financing with Mario was a breeze--no "you really need to get this insurance or that", like previous dealers had done. A few signatures and initials later we were all done.We never owned a Kia before, and look forward to enjoying our new purchase. Hopefully the service department is as nice and accommodating as Marissa, Joe and Mario, because that's how we will ultimately decide if we are Kia owners for life.

I bought my Kia from Dennis Eakin after researching several dealers. I live an hour away, but due to the customer service provided, I always come back for service. Appointments are easily made for service. Check in is easy and wait is always more than reasonable. The waiting lounges are comfortable and snacks are provided. We are always kept in the loop on what's going on and how much longer it may be. Recalls are searched and addressed without asking. All in all, I will keep bringing my business back to Dennis Eakin, as long as they keep doing what they're doing. I've yet to find another dealer that treats me so well.
