My lovely sweet husband knows that I’m obsessed with Mexican food since I’m Latina, so he went here to get meat and some sweets for me, sadly he doesn’t speak much Spanish but he tried his best but they were still ignoring him, they just simply wouldn’t acknowledge him so he had to pay $5 to someone who spoke Spanish to order for him in order to get what he wanted. Later he went to buy meat and he kept telling the lady (even signing the number) for 2 pounds of meat, but she thought he wouldn’t notice and gave him 4 pounds and charged him extra, but he did notice but was too embarrassed to correct them and didn’t want problems as he still wanted for me to come here, but I’m not! They’re incredibly rude, they better fix their attitudes to non Spanish speakers and stop being racists.

Just went to this place to order “mexican” food but wasnt sure so I ordered something they didnt have and they started laughing and talking like the idiots they are. Horrible place, flies on food, stinks a little bit and horrible people working there. These people are legit aholes. Never going back and will make sure to let people know. Better of going to a nice Puerto Rican restaurant.

Delicia offers a lot of fresh produce and the prices are great. It's also a good place to purchase fresh meat if you like quality.

I like to go just to get cheese, cream & bread. I did pick up some seasoned chicken taco meat that was the nastiest tasting stuff I'd ever put in my mouth. Cashiers are extremely hateful.

The individuals at the meat counter are rude all because there is a language barrier. Every time I come in here I have an issue with them other than that the store is pretty good.

I come from out of town just to get El Milagro products. My checker, Naydelin, very rude. Didn't ask how we were doing. Between transactions, she's on her phone not even seeing if the customer needs help finishing their transaction. She starts to scan the next customer's items. I told her the worse customer service you can give a person is to be on their phone while at work. She didn't like the comment. Didn't thank me for shopping with them. Stay home if you're going to be on your phone.

I went there for the 1st time last week. I heard they had a great variety of meats and fresh vegetables. The food and produce were exceptional however the customer service was terrible. We were waiting to get ice cream with the kids and the two ladies behind the counter saw us standing there and continued to play with their phone. I finally asked them for service and they seemed annoyed that I interrupted them. Mind you I was polite. At check out the girl didn't even speak to me, when I say hola Cómo estás. I want to love this place, but I can't get over how rude they are to customers.

Usually I would come here to get my oxtail. Don't mine the price because I don't cook it often. They would go to the back and cut the tail for me very small, but today. I was told they couldn't do it. Have to find another Spanish place to get them unfortunate. ?

Every time I Walk in there with my husband, it’s always the looks & side talks. (Take it we are a biracial couple in Texas) which I totally thought was normal. I’m Latina, He’s Black. Usually go straight to the meat because that’s what we get from there, but the butchers are always either skipping us or leaving us to the very end! If employees can keep their comments to themselves, everything would be great! Besides the Attitude, it’s a great place to remind you of home!

For mexican food, this is the place. Fruit and vegetables are fresh. Wide selection of meats and of course just about any type of Mexican food you're looking for. Eggs are lil pricey but so are they everywhere else. I'll definitely be back
