I am more than happy with the care my baby received here. It was an emergency and they treated him better than the hospital the night before. I had not gotten a primary vet at the time and they had no reason to trust me. They charged me with the most reasonable and affordable plan, choices of two plans, only after a real ASsEssment of my MooCow, unlike the animal hospital , where they did an estimate , not an actual assessment and charged 185 dollars calling it an exam only. Then 1200 plus for the procedure he needed . Those folks were not concerned about my baby. I was super impressed and relieved to find this clinic that will now be his primary care clinic. I was able to choose a plan that I could pay for that day as they expect especially if you are not an established patient (pup). Dr. Mathew Davis was awesome and kind, and
gentle. And hopefully my baby will do well when his stitches are removed soon. He seems to be doing great so far. He got his little personality back after a rough animal attack.

I called in an emergency for my dog on Friday, and they were very helpful on the phone. When I arrived at the office, customer service was great. Also, they checked on my dog at the car to see how he was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Black and Dr. Kwon, they treated both of my Australian Shepherds in the clinic.

It is with extreme gratitude that I must thank DVM Sarah Kwon and the staff for the kind, considerate, empathic care they showed me and our calico cat, Nefertiti, during a walk-in visit on Friday 9-18-2021. Difficult decisions had to be made and everyone there showed a level of concern rarely seen today. From the rapid response to a question on their webpage to helping me with the grief of losing a pet by little things like a staff member waiting with Neffi in the exam room while I checked out to carrying our pet carrier to the car for me while I carried her remains. I had never visited this vet clinic but in the future, they will forever be our vet.

All the staff members are kind and caring. They made the process of saying goodbye to my dear bunny as smooth & comfortable as possible. It only took one day for her cremated remains to be returned to us.

Have been coming here for years. I understand we're in a pandemic but what do we do when we have a sick pet? Wait a week to get an appointment? Very disappointed. Love this place but new staff and lack of caring or any urgency is leading us to move to another vet.

Staff is wonderful. The care my cats get here is great. They have been able to see him when I needed them.also surgery went well. They always have sales on meds and food. Clinic is a little old so not as clean as I would like but it was ok. I am allergic to animal fur and I can't stay long In this clinic. Otherwise I have been very happy with the service I get for the staff and vets

This is by far the most unprofessional non punctual veterinary center I have ever been to. I brought my puppy in to the vet 3 times total for her usual shots. The first time we had waited 45 minutes to be seen after scheduling an appointment. I figured they were busy so I waited got the shots and everything was fine. The second time we waited an hour and the third and final time today, we waited a whole hour and 30 minutes to be seen and didn't even get seen. We were told our puppy was next and three other dogs were seen who just walked in. It is very stressful because this was her last round of shots before even getting to go for walks and such. We asked to be taken off the mailing list and as we did that saw a vet tech pick up our dogs clipboard and set it aside to see someone else's dog. It was very confusing and a huge waste of time.
