Only allowing person to person check out if you are refilling cards etc. yet the self checkout area for bags literally only fits 1 maybe 2 bags. You ask for assistance and get attitude because, it’s self checkout…. Yeah but to continue, I have to move bags and now machine Is screaming to put bags back in baggage area! I do not work here! You have plexiglass your, your clerks are wearing masks! Stop the madness and check out the customers! I personally won’t be back

I try to get a COVID test done. I made the online appointment like they asked. Well they are under staff so we must come inside so we did so. Like they asked. Then we get in side of the trimmer location. They apologized for the inconvenience but they are not doing the testing no longer even though online said we could an appointment. They now said go to Stan schlueter. We call and they inform us now we can not get one today dude to the appointment we were not able to even get. Because the lack of taking down false services provided. Waste of my time and gas that no one else but me is paying. Which I am 2 more days out of work now which I am not getting back. Plus the anxiety this has brought to me and stress that no one is going to pay when I have to see my doctor for more anxiety issues dude to this. Who is going to pay for my mental health when just a few months ago it was easier to get a damn COVID test. They reps should know their job and be able to inform customers about testing and requirements. Before they waste there time.

I forgot my important medication while on a several day trip to Killeen. I called the pharmacy and they were immediately able to get me my medications even providing a few days supplies for one that had just been filled at another cvs in my hometown. It was really important to my health and they provided great service under unusual circumstances. Thanks!

My husband and I came in on Valentine's night cause he was not feeling good. One lady was very nice she let us know they were closing in 8 minutes and showed us where to go for what we were looking for. On our way out my husband stopped to pick up a brush it was right at closing time. The other lady said to us with an attitude "you know we're closed" and watched us. That ruined my whole view on that store. She then was waiting at the door for us to leave. I wanted to put all his meds on the counter and walk out and go somewhere else, but he really was not feeling well. Body language says everything. We will NOT be going back to this cvs. I was going to give 1 star but one of the ladies was very nice so I gave 2. Treat people how you would like to be treated especially in retail.

Well I lived in Killeen this was the pharmacy I used. The pharmacy staff was great. They couldn't have been any better. They were very helpful and great at getting my prescriptions transferred down there. They were helpful with any questions I had or anything else. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

The people who work here are great, but I have a problem with the management. At every other CVS it seems the management was just as willing as the employees to help. I've never seen a manager here. Today there was one cashier, one person getting a passport photo, two customers waiting to check out, and two vendors. Instead of helping I saw the manager call the cashier on the phone. Either they are too lazy to help or don't bother scheduling enough employees. I hated working for places like this and I feel sorry for the employees.

Not much to say, its a big box pharmacy. I would appreciate it if they removed homeopathic products that have no scientific proof of efficacy.
