Mrs. Charlotte is wonderful with her hands and even more wonderful with her personality. Came as a walk-in, she gladly took me even tho she was booked. Her pricing is fair and she went above and beyond. I feel like I gained a friend and a stylist! She was quick and my hair is layer slayed and it feels super healthy. BTW I got a silk press

Very unprofessional doing both my daughters hair, while leaving to grab food both women in there spoke about myself (I'm their stepmom) and their mom while we left them saying hateful things about how we don't upkeep their hair. When I was watching her do my daughter hair she told me that we needed to leave because I can't sit there and watch them do their hair because that's just not what they do. My daughters were bawling because they were ripping their hair out and myself and their mom were ready to just leave. So unprofessional and won't ever use their service again!!

NATURALS BEWARE!!!!
I went here in December 2017 for a basic wash, trim, and flat iron. Two weeks later when I when I attempt to revert my hair back to my 3b texture.... It doesn’t revert. Yvette heat damaged my hair...My tresses are ruined. I rarely ever straighten my hair and I have never had any time damage done to my hair. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible experience completely fried my hair never going back ever then she tried to hustle more money from me after giving me the price she wanted "after service" "not before" if you value your long beautiful hair go else where that's the truth!
