The smell hits you right in the face when you walk in.Noteworthy details: Extra musty hotel. Smells like a nasty men’s locker room. I would have went somewhere else if I had time. Thank God it was only one night.

Hey, I work here. Very nice !!I'm amazed comfortable bed to the glass showers to bad there's no set up included such as plants if any roof to stay under I would definitely pick this one unfortunately the pool is out side being winter an all.Rooms: Excellent conditions Flat screen TV with internet access and Wi-Fi from small refrigerator to microwave it's a plusNearby activities: Not much but it worth a look for nearby activities ? all you got is your feetWalkability: Across from the Mall.Food & drinks: Bistro is right from the front desk toward the back...You can chose your topic from food to mixed drinks ...yes I said it check it out

This was the most ratchet Marriott that I've ever been to have the ceiling on the hallway had watermarks from some bleach it wasn't even fixed properly one of the elevators doesn't work efficiently all of the time it's really a disgrace it was okay but honestly I was very much disappointed and underwhelmed.

I was in town for a play and it was conveniently located to my destination. Will definitely stay again.Rooms: Very spacious and clean. Many different ones to choose from too.Nearby activities: Yes.Safety: Very safe area. That was one reason I selected it.Walkability: Very close walking to eat and shop if you choose to.Food & drinks: I didn't eat however it was available and I saw others enjoying.Noteworthy details: Staff was AWESOME!

When I arrived at the hotel they charged me for my room again even though I had already paid. They tried just pushing me off and saying they’ll handle it the next day like they didn’t just wrongfully take $120. After getting that issue resolved 3 days later they charged my card AGAIN for the room. The GM had refused to call me and seems to care less that they are fraudulently charging people’s cards. Be careful with them!

I stayed here when visiting my son for thanksgiving last week. It’s the perfect place if you’re visiting someone at Ft Cavazos. The atmosphere was great and it’s 10 minutes from base. I was very happy with the staff and accommodations. My room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was a good size and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Toilet flush handle kept disconnecting inside the water reservoir tank. Some traffic noise from adjacent freeway.Swimming pool area was very nice, but the water temperature was a bit too cool for a comfortable swim.Front desk staff were all friendly and very helpful.

The computers/printers were in the lobby and not working. Otherwise a lovely stay.The banquet coordinator Chris was a joy to work with and made our entire event flow smoothly. What a treasure he is to the hotel.

Honestly one of my best hotel experiences, no matter how cranky the customers were or how unexpected the day, the workers here have never failed at succeeding expectations. Jessica was amazing with her bartending services, Josh was so helpful with the elderly due to unforeseen circumstances. And Jonathon was always a delight to see in the morning. Would definitely come back again

This hotel is in a decent location, right next to the mall for shopping and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but that's about all it has going for it.When first walking into the lobby I was hit with the overwhelming odor of urine (I know it's not just me, I asked someone else and they said the same).The room looked nice when I first walked in, but that's where it ended... the room I stayed it hasn't had any investments put into it in years. Things were dingy, no modern updates have been done. The shower was absolutely disgusting!
