I wanted to share my disappointing experience with this furniture store. When I ordered a bed from them, I specifically asked for a platform bed due to my one-year-old son. However, when the bed was delivered, it was not a platform bed as I had requested. I had no choice but to keep it because they claimed it was a final sale even though I was sold it on a technicality to false advertisement. They said they could sell me a box spring for their mistake.
Furthermore, the delivery people mishandled the bed, stripping the screws and causing me to be missing a nail. To make matters worse, the four wooden strips holding the bottom of the bed together are already becoming warped. I found the quality of the furniture to be subpar and overpriced, and the customer service was lacking.
In addition to the bed issue, I also encountered problems with a sofa I was interested in purchasing. The staff broke the leg on the sofa and still attempted to sell it to me at full price. They were unwilling to lower the price and suggested that I wait for a sale. When I requested a refund for the damaged sofa, they were reluctant to comply.
To make matters worse, after refusing the damaged sofa, they put it back on the sales floor for someone else to buy, without disclosing the damage. This practice is deceptive and unethical, and it left me deeply unsatisfied with my experience at the store. I regret ever stepping foot inside and would caution others against shopping there. They are going out of business because of their shady deals. The delivery company lying saying no one was home. The store not honoring their own contracts.

Broke on day 1
The delivery service did not do the install we were promised. The delivery driver told.me if I pay him out of pocket under yhe table he would do the install. They left the couch in my front yard after they threw the couch off the freight truck. Now I have a couch with 2 broken recliners and Conns is passing the buck and will not allow me to return this one and get a different sofa. I do not want this model again because of the flimsy metal frame and poor function of the recliners. After going back and forth with a team member to be told they will not do an exchange or refund for the dud couch they sold. A man also informed.me.tha CONNC had filed bankruptcy and to not expect anything to happen for a resolution. Now they say that since they failed to answer calls and emails for the first 30 days that it is my fault and has been to long to make right.

I purchased a brand new bed and mattress on 6/24/24. The sales associate was very nice and helpful. Bed and mattress we're delivered on 7/6/24. The gentleman that delivered the bed spoke no English, there was a communication barrier. When they were done they took pictures I assumed everything was done correctly. On Monday 7/8/24 my husband whom is a disabled Vet sat on the bed and it collapsed. After removing the mattress we discovered that more than half of the screws that were need to secure the bed was missing. The legs that offer support in the middle of the bed we're not screwed in from the bottom nor we're they secured from the top. I've spoken with the store manager and assistant manager. I was advised that the bed would be replaced. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm getting the run around. I was told the they needed pictures. I texted pictures and sent via email. I received a call on Monday 7/22/24 that they would send someone to look at the bed. I agreed to that. I then received a call confirming delivery on the evening of 7/22/24. On 7/23/24 the same two gentlemen that assembled the bed incorrectly showed up to take pictures. Again, my husband could not understand them and they couldn't understand him. They called their boss and their boss proceeds to tell my husband that we've had the bed more than 3 days so there is nothing that they can do. I called corporate and was transferred to the store. I spoke with Dee who advised that she would speak with delivery and call me back. She never called back so my husband and I went to the store. Benjamin spoke with someone who said they would replace the boards. I told them if they're not replacing that broken bed they can come back and get it.

$200 delivery fee for them to claim they called to deliver but didnt. Waiting 2 weeks for one chair is insane.

I have NEVER took the time out my day to write something negative about a business but please save yourself the time and effort buying from conns… me and my husband recently just moved to Kileen because he is stationed here and needed a bed asap. The worker (not going to say names because they all seemed incompetent) sold him a queen headboard with a king mattress with two xl spring boards and warranty overall everything for almost 500$. I don’t understand how someone works at a furniture store and doesn’t know the difference between queen and king. Not sure if it was lack of training. And then our delivery did not arrive on the same day so we didn’t notice that the headboard was the wrong size till the next day. When we went into the store there was already people complained about another delivery. And also the employees seemed unfazed as if it happens regularly. And after every inconvenience they were not offering any compensation or resolution other than buying a more expensive headboard. Customer service is so hard to reach they will just transfer you to the store you purchase from. It is crazy how these people are not aware of the ridiculousness that goes on in the store. Save your time and hard earned money. Just go on Amazon or rooms to go and save every hassle. Zero stars, I emphasize on not buying here I would not be sitting here writing all this All this

This place is trash. Ordered furniture two weeks ago, supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Called today because we had not heard anything and find out it's "out of stock" until July 30th. Not one call or update. Also, if you click on it to buy it, it says "get it by July 14th." I recommend another store.

Ariana was very helpful! She was patient with my work schedule and allowed my wife to save her choices until I could make it to the store to finalize our selections. She made sure to work with our financing and get what we need before our time frame. Very friendly and great service! If you go to the Killeen location, and want to support her and her military family, ask for her specifically!
