This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle with Cleo Bay and I have had the best experiences with them. All the sales men are super nice and welcoming. I worked with Mike this time and he was super friendly, welcoming, funny, and made me comfortable during the whole experience. Shawn in financing is awesome, he’s super quick on the paperwork and also fun to chat with. Overall I will keep recommending people to them! Thanks Cleo Bay Subaru!

Mike and Paul teamed up to make every step of the purchase easy. Being a little older, I needed every bit of explanation I could get!
Shawn is an excellent demonstrator. He gave me a thorough explanation and followed up online after I left the company.

Don't go to this dealership for anything! I used to live in the area and went to get my car serviced for years (unfortunately). One day, I went in to get an oil change and part of the service includes tire rotation. They told me my lug nuts were stripped. The damage is from the last service tech who rotated my tires and Cleo Bay tried to blame me for the damage and pay $230+ to replace them. I told them no, turns out they didn't top off my fluids (another headache) and I had to come back the next day. At no change, they switched out the stripped lug nuts. This is only one example of the many bad experiences at Cleo Bay Subaru. They will charge customers for anything and everything. This dealership does not live up to the Subaru reputation.
No one on the service team takes pride in their work.

Very dissatisfied with condition of vehicle I had to pay to have ac recharged before first payment was due roughly 200 bucks,That should have been serviced before selling it

Thomas Buchanan is an awesome Car Salesman! He takes great care of you, he makes sure that you see all of the options, he makes sure to include his recommendations, and he is just a genuinely nice human being. Definitely ask for him if he happens to be available.

They did everything they could to meet our
